Governmental decree n° 2016-808 dated 24 June
2016, amending decree n° 2004-516 dated 9 March
2004, fixing the methods of designation of
incorporated to achieve the national service
outside the armed forces units and the rate of the
monthly pecuniary participation at the charge of

individual assignments and the framework of

2016, concluding an agreement on the reciprocal
abolition of the visa regime for the holders of
diplomatic, special or of services passports
between the Government of the Republic of
Tunisia and the Government of Ukraine.
The Head of Government,
On a proposal from the Minister of Foreign Affairs,
Having regard to the constitution and notably its article
92,
Having regard to law n° 2016-29 dated 5 April 2016,
organizing the ratification of treaties, notably its article 4,
Having regard to the agreement on the reciprocal
abolition of the visa regime for the holders of diplomatic,
special or of services passports between the Government of
the Republic of Tunisia and the Government of Ukraine,
signed in Dakar on 29 November 2014,

Having regard to the Presidential decree n° 2015-35
dated 6 February 2015, appointing the Head of Government
and its members,
Having regard to the Presidential decree n° 2016-1
dated 12 January 2016, appointing the members of the
Government,
After deliberation of the Council of Ministers,
Enacts the following Governmental decree:
Article one - Is concluded the agreement on the
reciprocal abolition of the visa regime for the holders of
diplomatic, special or of services passports between the
Government of the Republic of Tunisia and the
Government of Ukraine, annexed to the Governmental
decree herein, signed in Dakar on 29 November 2014.
Art. 2 - The Minister of Foreign Affairs shall
implement the Governmental decree herein which shall be
published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Tunisia.
