GENERAL TRIPARTITE AGREEMENT
ARTICLE I - PURPOSE OF THE AGREEMENT
The purpose of this Agreement is to authorize the
above-named Accounting Firm to use, on behalf of
its client, the website services provided by the
Caisses Sociales and specifically the electronic
payment of contributions to the Principality's social
services
(1)
and
unemployment
insurance
contributions.
ARTICLE II - TERM OF THE AGREEMENT
This agreement shall be valid indefinitely and may
be terminated at any time, in whole or in part,
subject to written notification by either party of at
least one month prior to the effective termination
date.
ARTICLE III – MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
The system design guarantees the confidentiality
and integrity of the data as well as its reliability. The
computer records will prevail in the event of a
dispute between the parties to this agreement.
ARTICLE IV
PAYMENT

MEMBERSHIP
FOR
ELECTRONIC
Authorizing the Caisses Sociales to perform direct
debit transactions. An original bank statement from
the account to be debited must be attached to this
document.
ARTICLE
V
CONTRIBUTIONS
ELECTRONIC
PAYMENT
OF
Pre-populated screens are made available for the
Accounting Firm which agrees to complete them
monthly, complying with the deadline for validation of
payment, namely the 10th of the calendar month
(Saturday and Sunday included). After this deadline,
the penalties stipulated regarding this matter shall be
applied.
Once validated, the amount can no longer be modified
and the bank account will be debited from the 5th
working day (Saturday and Sunday excluded)
following the validation date.
Moreover, the Employer, via the Accounting Firm,
agrees to the exclusive use of electronic payments to
pay its contributions to the social services in the
Principality (1) and its unemployment insurance
contributions.
Membership for electronic online payment is subject
to the Employer first signing a form

ARTICLE I - OBJET DE LA CONVENTION
L’objet de la présente Convention est d’autoriser le
Cabinet Comptable, sus-désigné, à utiliser pour le
compte de son client les services Internet mis à sa
disposition par les Caisses Sociales et plus
particulièrement le télépaiement des cotisations aux
organismes sociaux de la Principauté (1) et des
contributions d'assurance chômage.
ARTICLE II - DUREE DE LA CONVENTION
La présente Convention est établie sans limitation de
durée et peut être résiliée à tout moment, en totalité
ou en partie, sous réserve d'une notification écrite
de l’une des parties au moins un mois avant la date
effective de résiliation.
ARTICLE III – DISPOSITIONS DIVERSES
La conception du système garantit la confidentialité
et l'intégrité des données, ainsi que leur fiabilité. Les
enregistrements informatiques feront foi en cas de
différend entre les parties de la présente convention.

ARTICLE V – TELEPAIEMENT DES COTISATIONS
Des écrans pré-renseignés sont mis à la disposition du
Cabinet Comptable qui s'engage à les compléter
mensuellement en respectant la date limite de
validation du paiement, savoir le 10 du mois civil
(samedi et dimanche inclus). Au-delà de cette limite,
les pénalités prévues en la matière seront appliquées.
Une fois validé, le montant ne pourra plus être modifié
et le prélèvement sur le compte bancaire interviendra
à partir du 5ème jour ouvré (samedi et dimanche
exclus) suivant la date de validation.
Par ailleurs, l’Employeur, via le Cabinet Comptable,
s'engage à utiliser exclusivement le télépaiement pour
acquitter ses cotisations aux organismes sociaux de la
Principauté (1) et
ses contributions d'assurance
chômage.
