MyGuichet provides access to certain business data held by the
administration, such as the "VAT balance" of businesses.
Users can easily access various information about their company,

The business eSpace containing your data and administrative files
is accessible through an electronic identity card (eID) or a LuxTrust
product, which allow you to safely authenticate yourself.
These products also offer a signature certificate enabling you to
electronically sign your administrative procedures online. This
guarantees that your electronic signature has the same legal value
as a handwritten signature.

ACCESS MYGUICHET
You can access MyGuichet on guichet.lu. When you log in, click
"Access my eSpace", then select your certificate and enter your
pin code, or your username and password if you are using a Token.
On the homepage, you will have to choose the business eSpace
you want to access.
START A PROCEDURE
To start a new procedure, simply click "Select a procedure among
all the procedures in the catalogue".
The catalogue shows all administrative procedures available
on guichet.lu. Online procedures can be directly carried out by
clicking "Create".
Once a procedure is started, an assistant will guide you step by
step to complete the form.
