Application
Die Pad-Steam-Anlage Typ TPS erlaubt eine
kontinuierliche und praxisnahe Arbeitsweise.
Für die Behandlung von Baumwolle, Baumwoll-Synthetic, ist diese Anlage besonders
geeignet. Fixierprozesse von Küpen-, Schwefel-, Reaktiv-, Säure- und Metallkomplexfarbstoffen von gefärbter und bedruckter Ware
sind durchführbar. Im Bereich Vorbehandlung ist die Anlage für Bleichprozesse mit
Wasserstoffperoxyd einsetzbar.
The pad-steam-range type TPS enables continuous and practice conform processing.
The range is specially suitable for treating of
cotton and cotton-synthetics. Setting of vat,
sulphur, reactive, acid and metal complex
dyes are possible for printed and dyed material. In the segment of pretreatment the range
can be used for bleaching processes with
hydrogen peroxide.
L’installation Pad-Steam, type TPS, permet
un mode de travail en continu et proche des
conditions réelles. Celle-ci convient particulièrement pour le traitement du coton et du
coton synthétique. Les processus de fixation
des colorants de cuve, au soufre, réactifs, à
complexes acides et métallifères peuvent
être appliqués aux matières teintées et imprimées. Dans le domaine du traitement préparatoire l’installation peut être utilisée pour
des procédés de blanchiment avec peroxyde
d’hydrogène.

Dieses kleine und kompakte Gerät ist
bestens geeignet für kurze Musterlängen.
Trotz der Kompaktheit ist das Gerät je nach
Kundenwünschen und -ansprüchen ausbaubar. Entweder lediglich als Dämpfer mit Wasserschloss und anschliessender Aufwicklung
oder mit Waschtrögen und Quetschwerken
sowie Kompensatoren zur individuellen
Spannungskontrolle.
This small and compact unit is especially
suitable for small sample lengths. In spite of
its compact design the unit can be supplied
according to customer requirements. Either
it is supplied as a steamer only, with water
trap and following winding device or including several wash troughs plus squeezing
devices and compensators for individual
tension control.
Cette petite et compacte unité est particulièrement appropriée aux petites longueurs
d’échantillon. Malgré sa conception compacte l’unité peut être fournie selon des exigences du client. Elle est fournie comme
vaporiseur uniquement avec joint d’eau et
dispositif d’enroulement ou avec plusieurs
bacs de lavage plus dispositifs d’exprimage
et compensateurs pour la contrôle individuelle de tension.

Application du colorant
Der Farbstoffauftrag erfolgt mit dem Zweiwalzen- Vertikalfoulard. Die pneumatische
Druckgebung und Quetschwalzen gleicher
Shore-Härte gewährleisten einen gleichmässigen Farbstoffauftrag. Der leicht wegnehmbare Flottentrog ermöglicht einen schnellen
Flottenwechsel bei Serienversuchen mit
einer Palette von Nuancen.
The dyestuff application is done at the two
roll vertical padder. The pneumatic load
transmission and the equal shore hardness
of both rollers guarantee a uniform pick up.
The easily removable liquor trough enables a
fast colour change in case of short sample
lengths and trials in series with a large selection of dye shades.
L’application du colorant est assurée par un
foulard vertical à deux cylindres. La pression
pneumatique et les cylindres exprimeurs de
duretés Shore identiques garantissent une
absorption uniforme du colorant. Le bac,
facilement amovible, permet un changement
rapide du colorant en cas d’échantillons
courts utilisés lors d’essais en séries, avec
une palette de nuances.

Chemicals wet-on-wet-impregnation
Im Tauchtrog, welcher vor dem Dämpfer
angebracht ist, wird die Ware mit Chemikalien imprägniert. Ein angetriebenes Quetschwerk mit Pneumatikzylindern bestimmt
die Flottenaufnahme. Die Anordnung von
Quetschwerk und Chemikalientrog gestattet
auch bei niedrigen Geschwindigkeiten ein
rasches Einfahren in den Dämpfer.
The material is impregnated with chemicals
in the dye trough which is placed in front of
the steamer. A driven squeezing device with
pneumatic cylinders determines the pick up.
The advantageous arrangement of the
squeezing device and chemical trough permit a fast feeding into steaming chamber,
which is specially favourable at low fabric
speeds.
La matière est imprégnée de produits chimiques dans le bac d'immersion disposé à
l’entrée du vaporiseur. Un exprimeur entraîné
avec cylindre pneumatique détermine l’absorption du liquide. La disposition du dispositif d’exprimage et du bac de produits chimiques permet une introduction rapide dans
le vaporiseur, même à vitesses réduites.

Zur optimalen Farbstoff-Fixierung wird eine
luftfreie Dampfatmosphäre vorausgesetzt.
Die vollständige Entlüftung ist durch diese
Dämpferkonstruktion gewährleistet. Die Möglichkeit, mit Sattdampf oder mit leicht überhitztem Dampf bis 110 °C zu fahren, ist durch
einen Temperaturregler gewährleistet.
An absolutely air free steaming atmosphere
is required for an Optimum dyestuff fixation.
The design of this steamer guarantees a
complete deaeration. Trials with saturated
steam or with slightly overheated steam up to
110 °C are possible by means of a temperature regulator.
La fixation optimale du colorant dans la
vapeur saturée implique une atmosphère de
vapeur exempte d’air. Cette conception du
vaporiseur garantit une désaération complète. Un thermorégulateur permet de procéder
avec de la vapeur saturée ou de la vapeur
légèrement surchauffée jusqu’à 110 ºC. Un
joint d’eau peut être montée à la sortie du
vaporiseur.

Ein Fenster erlaubt die Beobachtung der
Ware während des Dämpfprozesses. Eine
gute Wärmeisolation ist durch die Doppelkasten-Bauweise mit dazwischenliegender
Isolation gewährleistet. Decke und Eingangsschlitz sind beheizt, so dass die Tropfenbildung ausgeschlossen ist.
An inspection window allows watching the
material during the steaming process. A
perfect heat insulation is guaranteed by the
double-walled construction with insulation in
between. Ceiling and entrance slit are heated
in order to avoid the formation of drop water.
Une fenêtre permet d’observer la matière au
cours du processus de vaporisation. Une
bonne isolation thermique est assurée par la
conception à double caisson avec isolation
intercalé. Le plafond et la fente d’entrée sont
chauffés, ce qui exclut toute formation de
gouttes.

aus säurebeständigem Chromstahl V4A hergestellt.

acid resistant stainless steel (AlSI 316).

Geeignete elektrische Dampferzeuger sind
verfügbar für die Dämpfkammer oder für
Dämpfkammer plus Waschabteile. Der kleinere Dampferzeuger für Dämpfer ohne
Waschtröge wird meist am Gerät angebaut
und beim Dampferzeuger für Dämpfer und
Waschtröge handelt es sich meist um eine
separate Einheit.
Suitable electric steam generators are available for the steam chamber only or for the
steam chamber plus wash troughs. The
smaller steam generator for the steamer
without wash troughs is mostly attached to
the unit whereas the steam generator for
steamer and wash troughs is mostly a separate unit.
Des générateurs électriques appropriés de
vapeur sont disponibles pour la chambre de
vaporisation uniquement ou pour la chambre
de vaporisation plus les bacs de lavage. Le
générateur le plus petit pour le vaporiseur
forme part de l’unité tandis que le générateur
de vapeur pour le vaporiseur plus les bacs de
lavage est un agrégat séparé.

Zur Fertigstellung von Färbungen sind
Waschabteile von 1 oder 2 m Wareninhalt
verfügbar. Zur Kontrolle der Warenspannung
ist jedes einzelne Waschabteil mit einem
Quetschwerk und Kompensator versehen.
Der Kompensator ist in der Lage die Geschwindigkeit über den ganzen Bereich zu
regeln.
Die Flottentemperatur kann entweder mittels
Handventil oder automatisch durch einen
Temperaturregler überwacht werden. Die
Regelung mittels Handventil bedingt eine
ständige visuelle Überwachung der Flottentemperaturanzeige am Waschtrog. Bei der
Version mit automatischer Temperaturregelung erübrigt sich diese Überwachung.
Spritzrohre, welche wahlweise einsetzbar
sind, ermöglichen ein kontinuierliches Spülen.
For the after treatment of the dyed material
washing troughs with a content of 1 or 2
metres are available. Each wash trough is
equipped with a squeezing device plus compensator for the control of the fabric tension.
The compensator can control the speed over
the whole speed range.
The bath temperature can either be controlled by a hand valve or by an automatic
temperature controller. The temperature
control by hand valve requires a constant
visual supervision of the bath temperature at
the thermometer at the wash trough. This
kind of constant supervision is not necessary
in case of an automatic temperature control.
Spray pipes which can be attached on
request enable a continuous rinsing process.

chaque bac de lavage est muni d’un dispositif d’exprimage plus un compensateur. Le
compensateur contrôle la vitesse de passage
sur toute la plage.
La température de bain est réglable soit
par vanne manuelle soit par un contrôle de
température automatique. Le régulation par
vanne manuelle exige une surveillance
visuelle constante de la température de bain
au thermomètre à la bac de lavage. Ce genre
de surveillance constante n'est pas nécessaire en cas de commande de température
automatique.
Des tubes de pulvérisations additionnelles
permettent un processus de rinçage continu.

Um einzelne Behandlungen wie Pad-Dry und
Pad-Steam aus einer Produktionsanlage im
Labor zu reproduzieren kann nebst dieser
Pad-Steam Anlage auch unsere Thermosoleinheit HVF – KTF ausgewählt werden. Diese
Pad-Dry Einheit besteht aus dem vielseitigen
horizontal und vertikal Foulard HVF und
anschliessendem Trockner KTF. Beide Apparate sind sowohl im Kontinuebetrieb für längere Muster als auch im Diskontinuebetrieb
für Kleinmuster einsetzbar.
In order to reproduce individual operations
such as Pad-Dry and Pad-Steam treatments
out of a production range in the laboratory a
continuous thermosol unit can be chosen
beside the previously mentioned Pad-Steam
range. The Pad-Dry unit consists of the allround horizontal and vertical padder HVF
and following dryer KTF. Both units can be
used in continuous operation for longer samples as well as in discontinuous operation for
small samples.
Afin de reproduire des traitements tels que
Pad-Dry et Pad-Steam d’une installation
industriel dans le labo nous disposons aussi
d’une installation Thermosol HVF – KTF.
Cette unité Pad-Dry comprend le foulard universel horizontal et vertical HVF et le séchoir
horizontal KTF. Les deux unités peuvent être
utilisées en continue pour les échantillons
longues aussi bien que pour l’utilisation discontinue pour les petits échantillons.
