b. Taux horaire de glace 2010-2011 / Ice rates for 2010-2011
Le comité revoit les taux horaires pour l’année 2010-2011. Les nouveaux prix
seront appliqués à partir du 1er septembre 2010 pour se terminer le 15 juin 2011.

Qu’il soit résolu que le comité recommande au conseil les nouveaux taux
horaire pour la saison de 2010-2011 et que le taux pour le mois d’août 2010
soit fixé à $175 de l’heure
Be it resolved that the Committee recommend to council the new hourly rates
for the season 2010-2011 and that the rate for the month of August 2010 is set
at $175 per hour.

c. Rencontre avec les utilisateurs (préparatif) / Meet with users (preparation)
Cette rencontre aura lieu mercredi, le 24 mars 2010 à 19h00 lors de la réunion
mensuelle du comité / This meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 24th, 2010
during the monthly meeting of the committee.
d. Camps été Jeunesse / Summer Youth Camps
Le comité désire offrir les camps été Jeunesse pour l’été 2010. Le gérant verra à la
préparation des annonces de ces camps durant le mois de mars. De plus, il remplira
le formulaire pour embaucher les étudiants (3) pour l’été.
The committee will offer Youth Summer Camps for the summer 2010. The manager
will prepare the advertisements in March. Furthermore, he will prepare the
application to hire (3) students for the summer.
e. Activités du 25ième / 25th Anniversary activities
Le comité reçoit une copie des activités proposées par le gérant / The committee
receives a copy of the propose activities by the manager.

montant de $500 pour couvrir les dépenses encourues (voir notes à cet effet).

amount of $500 to cover the expenditures (see notes).

f. Xerox
Le gérant présente une nouvelle proposition offerte par Mathieu Lemay, directeur de
compte de la firme G.D.P. Le comité suggère de rencontrer de nouveau Monsieur
Lemay pour une autre proposition possible, car le système actuel est très
dispendieux pour les copies que nous utilisons par mois.
The manager presents a proposal form Mathiew Lemay, account director of G.D.P.
firm. The committee suggests to meet again with Mr. Lemay for another possible
proposal, because the actual system is to expensive for copies that we do.
g. Conciergerie (centre Paul-Émile Lévesque) / Janitorial (Paul-Émile Lévesque
Center)
Le comité est d’accord avec le gérant que lorsque le centre PE Lévesque sera en
fonction que des heures supplémentaires de conciergerie soient utilisées.
The committee agree with the manager that when the PE Lévesque Center will reopen that overtime hours for janitorial duties are used.
h. Cantine et bière dans les chambres des joueurs / Canteen and beers in the
players’room
Cette question est débattue par le comité et sera apportée lors de la rencontre du 24
mars 2010 avec les utilisateurs de la glace / This question is discuss amond the
committee and will be brought to the meeting of March 24th, 2010 with the ice users.

Tournoi communautaire / Communittee tournament
Mario Laplante approchera prochainement M. Donald Pilon pour discuter de
l’organisation du tournoi communautaire qui aura lieu du 27 mars au 4 avril 2010 /
Mario Laplante will meet with Mr. Donald Pilon to discuss the organisation of the
community tournament that will be held from March 27th to April 4th, 2010.
j. Tournoi de hockey / Hockey tournament
Le comité suggère à Mario Galipeau de débuter les préparatifs d’un tournoi de
hockey pour adultes qui aurait lieu à la fin d’octobre 2010 ou début de novembre
2010 / The committee suggests to Mario Galipeau to start the preparation of a adult

hockey tournament to be held at the end of October 2010 or the commencement of
November 2010.
