The principal research subjects in the University's laboratories are sustainable transport, digital vision, urban engineering and also housing and necessary materials. The coexistence of various disciplines was established in a framework of networks, and active partnerships with foreign universities across the world. Rich environment The dynamic city of Valenciennes is home to several sporting associations as well as entertainment options (cinema, bowling, ice rink...).
