Healthcare - Project Manager – Brussels

We have seven offices in Europe, one in the United States and one in Asia.
Job description:
In order to strengthen our positioning in Benelux and enable our growth, we are looking for a
Project Manager for our Life sciences activities. Your role consists in:

Managing a team of 2 to 5 consultants dedicated to the Life sciences market; this includes,
recruitment, project supervision and training;
Elaborating along with our Business Development Managers our commercial proposals,
defining the most appropriate methodology and budget to answer to various client’s needs in
the healthcare sector;
Advising our clients, key decision-makers mostly working for Innovation, R&D or Marketing
activities of major groups in Healthcare based in Benelux (Pharmaceutical Companies,
Medtechs and Biotechs, Agri-Food industries);
Managing the Quality of the projects that you or your team perform.
You report directly to the Brussels Office Director.
Qualifications:
- You already have a work experience (minimum 4 years), in business consulting (with ideally a
first knowledge of the healthcare industries).
- A graduate (Master of Science) or a postgraduate degree (PhD) in a scientific field or in
business management.
- You are an entrepreneur motivated by challenges and want to work at the interface of science
and business.
- Your English are fluent. You speak one of the native language of Belgium (French or Dutch) .
- Requested qualities: Strong interpersonal skills and commercial abilities – entrepreneurship –
ambition – autonomy – creativity – charisma – leadership
Start date: ASAP
Full time - Permanent contract
Salary: Fixed salary + Bonus
