Opened in October 2011, Carrefour Chambourcy is an extension to one of the first hypermarkets in France and represents an important design step for the Carrefour Group. A spectacular 8,000m2 wavy green roof helps improve the energy efficiency of the building by retaining water and helping preserve the interior temperature. This results in the centre being visually striking at the same time as being in harmony with its environment. The interior architecture promotes an industrial design aesthetic retail interiors & graphics through the use of natural and rough materials, such as wood, resin and metal panels. These are naturally finished to give a unique and innovative image to the project. Sustainable features such as rainwater harvesting were also included in the design. A new level of car parking has also been introduced to the site, doubling the capacity from 1000 to 2000 spaces, while the creation of two new roundabouts and the widening of a road to a two-lane dual carriageway results in easier access for visitors to the centre. Reorganization and renovation of the University of London Paris branch teaching facilities. This academic institution occupies a historic building situated on the Esplanade des Invalides in Paris. 46 Carrousel du Louvre is the shopping gallery attached to the Louvre Museum in Paris. The original food court, built in 1998, no longer met the expectations of discerning international visitors resulting in a fresh design being commissioned. Our design extended and enhanced the food court element to introduce a more contemporary flavour to its layout and design. New seating areas and counters were designed to bring together a disparate and complex layout, while creating a world class dining experience. The design of the ten thematic kiosks was inspired by the colours, shapes and forms specific to the country they represent: warm, sunny colours and 3D sculptures inspired by Miró and Gaudi in the Spanish kiosk, and fine wine and gastronomic themes in the French part of the scheme. The new design creates a new smart and light atmosphere.
