The stunning luxury villa for rent is conveniently placed in the heart of the prestigious
Nueva Andalucia golf valley. But that is not all: it is within walking distance of local
stores and only 5 minutes by car to Puerto Banus and to Marbella.
Villa Ramires is a stunning 8 bedroom villa located in the heart of the Nueva Andalucia
golf valley and offering an extensive list of facilities designed to satisfy the most
demanding of guests. Within walking distance of local shops and a short 5 minute
drive to both Puerto Banus and Marbella. The private villa provides superb views over
the golf course and the mountains, especially from the upper floor terrace.
The absolutely beautiful villa is a striking blend of modern functionality and classical
elegance. The residence consists of a main house, spread over three levels, a small
tree house and a guest apartment. On the entrance level of the main house, there is
the dining and living area, and the very big kitchen with an eating nook. From the living
area there is access out to the terrace and front garden area. The guest apartment is
an independent unit on its own alarm system, private kitchen, and lounge with a
fireplace.
The villa sleeps up to sixteen guests in total. Twelve can be accommodated in the six
tasteful bedrooms of the main house, a guest bedroom on the ground floor and five
more en suite bedrooms on the upper floor. The very spacious master bedroom suite
has separate dressing and sitting areas. The other two bedrooms are in the guest
apartment. They have en suite bathrooms, one of which has the luxury of a Jacuzzi
bath.
The indoor relaxation facilities are housed in the lower level of the house: a state of
the art cinema room, large games room with pool table and fireplace, guest toilet and
access to the garage. In the garden there is a small tree house with television. There
