Allgemeines
Daniele Favalli ist ein Prozessanwalt im Dispute Resolution Team von
VISCHER. Er vertritt nationale und internationale Klienten in
handelsrechtlichen Streitigkeiten vor staatlichen Gerichten und
Schiedsgerichten (Swiss Rules, ICC, AAA, etc.). Daniele Favalli ist auch als
Schiedsrichter tätig. Ferner vertritt er regelmässig
Versicherungsunternehmen und deren Versicherungsnehmer bei
Schadenfällen und Prozessen von Versicherungsnehmern und bei
Deckungsfragen. Dabei berät er Versicherungsunternehmen bei der
Organisation und Führung von Prozessen im Ausland, namentlich in den
USA, Italien und Lateinamerika. Aufgrund seiner langjährigen Tätigkeit in
den USA und Lateinamerika verfügt er über besondere Erfahrung in
Rechtsangelegenheiten in diesen Regionen. Seine Arbeitssprachen sind
neben Deutsch und Englisch Italienisch, Spanisch und Französisch. Daniele
Favalli ist zudem Gründungsmitglied und Mitglied des Academic Council der
Swiss Arbitration Academy und hat einen Lehrauftrag als Headcoach des VIS
Moot Teams der Universität Luzern. Er publiziert und referiert regelmässig zu
rechtlichen Fragen im Bereich des Verfahrensrechts sowie des
internationalen Privatrechts.
