LE DOCUMENT ‘AT-01 : LEGISLATION’ FAIT PEAU NEUVE
En 2014, cela fera 10 ans qu’un document spécifiquement consacré à la législation a été introduit
dans la série des documents GMP.
Depuis, OVOCOM a pris plusieurs initiatives visant à améliorer l’accès des entreprises à la législation
du secteur de l’alimentation animale. Citons notamment la création d’une page internet consacrée à la
législation sectorielle et actualisée chaque semaine, ou un bulletin d’information régulier
approfondissant telle ou telle nouveauté réglementaire.
Ici, c’est le document ‘AT-01 : Législation’ qui s’offre un lifting. Dorénavant, il sera scindé en deux
parties. La première consistera en un document général sur la législation sectorielle alors que la
deuxième sera composée d’annexes. Ces annexes reprendront la législation européenne d’une part et
la législation nationale d’autre part.
Le texte de base reste disponible séparément dans les 3 langues habituelles (FR, NL et EN) alors que
les annexes sont maintenant trilingues. De cette manière, le lien entre les différentes versions d’un
même document en est facilité. On peut également rapidement identifier l’existence d’un rectificatif
disponible dans l’une ou l’autre de ces 3 langues. Les références ont également été regroupées dans
un nombre plus important de catégories, ce qui facilitera aussi la consultation.
Outre cette nouvelle présentation, le document a été actualisé, tant au niveau des nouveaux textes
publiés que des versions consolidées.
Comme il s’agit d’une refonte globale du document AT-01, les modifications, extrêmement
nombreuses, n’ont pas été rendues apparentes au niveau des 2 annexes.
Certaines références (avis, circulaires, liens intéressants) ont été déplacées vers notre page internet
« Législation ». Ici aussi, la consultation en a également été facilitée par la création de rubriques plus
petites permettant un meilleur classement.

HET DOCUMENT “AT-01: WETGEVING” IN EEN NIEUW JASJE
Dit jaar is het 10 jaar geleden dat een GMP document, specifiek gefocust op wetgeving, werd
geïntroduceerd in de GMP Dierenvoeders.
Sindsdien heeft OVOCOM verschillende initiatieven genomen om de wetgeving voor de
diervoedersector toegankelijker te maken voor bedrijven. Zo werd een webpagina gemaakt die
volledig in het teken staat van de sectorale wetgeving. Deze pagina wordt wekelijks geüpdatet.
Regelmatig publiceert OVOCOM ook een nieuwsbrief waarin de één of andere nieuwigheid m.b.t. deze
wetgeving in detail wordt toegelicht.
Nu wordt het document « AT-01: wetgeving » zelf in een nieuw jasje gestoken. Vanaf vandaag is het
document opgesplitst in twee delen. Het eerste deel is een algemeen document over de sectorale
wetgeving, het tweede bestaat uit bijlagen. De eerste bijlage bevat de Europese wetgeving, de
tweede bijlage de Belgische.
De basistekst blijft apart beschikbaar in elke taal (FR, NL, EN), maar de bijlagen zijn drietalig
opgesteld. Dit vergemakkelijkt de link tussen de verschillende versies van een zelfde document.
Bovendien kan men op die manier gemakkelijk een rectificatie in één van de drie talen terugvinden.
De referenties werden eveneens gegroepeerd in een aanzienlijk aantal gedetailleerde categorieën, wat
het raadplegen ervan vergemakkelijkt.
Naast wat betreft de vormgeving werd het document ook inhoudelijk geüpdatet, zowel bij de nieuw
gepubliceerde teksten als bij de geconsolideerde versies.
Aangezien het hier gaat om een algemene aanpassing van het document AT-01 werden de talrijke
wijzigingen in de 2 bijlagen niet zichtbaar aangeduid.
Bepaalde referenties (adviezen, omzendbrieven, interessante links), werden verplaatst naar onze
internetpagina “Wetgeving”. Ook hier hebben we gedetailleerde categorieën gecreëerd om het
raadplegen te vergemakkelijken en om het overzicht te bewaren.
Als u meer wilt weten over de opvolging van de reglementering kunt u surfen naar de pagina
Wetgeving. Deze pagina is beschikbaar voor alle ‘GMP-’ en/of ‘Autocontrolegids Dierenvoeders’gecertificeerde bedrijven mits gebruik van login en paswoord. Indien u hier nog niet over beschikt,

NEW LOOK FOR DOCUMENT AT-01: LEGISLATION
This year, document AT-01, a GMP document that specifically focuses on legislation, will celebrate its
tenth birthday.
Since then OVOCOM has taken several initiatives to make the legislation of the feed sector more
accessible to companies. This includes the creation of a web page, fully dedicated to sector based
legislation and which is updated on a weekly basis, or through means of a regular newsletter
highlighting a new or renewed aspect of the legislation.
This newsletter is all about document «AT-01: Legislation».
From today onwards this document will be split into two parts. The first part will be a general
document on sector based Legislation, while the second part will consist of Annexes containing
European Legislation on the one hand, and national legislation on the other.
The basis text will remain, separately, available in 3 languages (FR, NL and EN), whereas the Annexes
will be trilingual, which will facilitate the link between the different versions of a same document.
Moreover, this will also facilitate a quick retrieval of a correction in one of the three languages.
References are also grouped into a significant number of detailed categories, which will benefit
consultation.
In addition to the new format, the contents of this document have also been updated, both in terms
of newly published texts as well as consolidated versions.
Since this is a general revision of document AT-01, amendments, though extremely numerous, have
not been highlighted at the level of the 2 Annexes.
Certain references (advisory, circular letters, links) have been moved to our webpage “Legislation”.
Here also, detailed categories have been created in order to facilitate consultation and to maintain a
better overview.
