RESIDENCE TERMS
The flat weekly prices include:
Weekly bed linens change without tiding up, VAT, insurance, internal parking lot, based on availability, WI-FI Zone, internet point, fax.
Compulsory first week flat fee of EUR 25,00 per person includes: tourist tax, water, gas and electric energy consumption, final
cleanliness (except for the cooking corner that is at the expense of the guests and amounts to EUR 25,00). From the second week, EUR
12,00 additional fee per person including: tourist tax, water, gas and electric energy consumption.
Optional additional costs:
Beach service: affiliated private beach with entertainment activities, restaurant, bar, soft drinks and children’ playground. The costs
include two sun beds and a beach umbrella (max for four people); weekly limited availability: periods A/B/C/D/O EUR 40,00; periods
E/F/G/H/I/M/N EUR 60, 00; periods J/K/L EUR 90,00. Additional bed: periods A/B/C/D/E/F/G/M/N/O EUR 60,00; periods
H/I/J/K/L EUR 90,00. Midweek cleanliness: EUR 29,00 (except cooking corner). Wash machine service: EUR 5,00 every washing.
Bathroom linens: € 5,00 per person (three towels), folding crib EUR 29,00 per week. For damages and/or failing to return flat furnishing,
please refer to the price list that guests receive at the arrival. Guests can meet external people. Guests can meet external people only if
authorized by the Management, without overnight and upon an additional fee of EUR 5,00 per person. If it occurs that more than the
registered people overnight, the Management will report the booking holder to the competent authorities.
Kitchen linens and Moka pot are not available.
Compulsory deposit to pay at the arrival: EUR 100,00 (returned after the check of the flat).

Animal policy: only small size with vaccination certificate animals are admitted, it’s necessary to declare it by booking. The holder must
guarantee the spaces’ cleanliness. Weekly costs amount to EUR 39,00 (feed not included). The management reserves the right to solicit
the removing of the animals, in case of trouble and danger within the existing lows.
Furnishing and terms
The management staff entertains guests from 9 to 12 o’clock a.m. and from 16 to 19 o’clock p.m.
WI-FI Zone, internet point, coin-operated wash-machine, The internal parking lot not reserved but based on availability, mountain-bike
rental service, fax/photocopying, excursions ticket service, coupons for restaurants and shops to request.
BOOKING METHOD: deposit of 30% of the amount is required upon booking.
Payment: cash, cheque, ATM, VISA and American Express credit cards are allowed; full payment at check-in. For late check-in and/or
early check-out there would be any price reduction.
Cancellation policy: it is required a written communication by registered mail, with attached the deposit receipt. (see penalty)
Booking change: is required a written communication through email or fax or a telephone communication. (see penalty)

Penalty: till 30 days before, none; from the 29 day until the arrival date, the full amount paid.
CHECK-IN: from 17,00 to 20,00 p.m. Please organize your arrive in order to avoid a long waiting and contact the management if you arrive
after 20,00 p.m. Please, control the furnishings and give warning for possible discrepancies.
CHECK-OUT: from 7,00 to 10,00 a.m. subject to the checks of the flat; return of the deposit; for nightly departure, the management will
refund the deposit via bank transfer reduced of the bank and possible damages costs.

Motorway A14 (Bologna – Bari) take the exit at Poggio Imperiale, follow the Gargano extressway up to Vico del Gargano, then follow the
indication for Peschici and Vieste.
Coming from Centre Italy
Motorway A25 (Rome-Pescara) up to the junction with Motorway A14, take the exit at Poggio Imperiale, follow the Gargano extressway
up to Vico del Gargano, then follow the indication for Peschici and finally Vieste.
Coming from South Italy
Motorway A16 (Naples – Bari) take the exit at Foggia or Candela, follow the indication for Manfredonia, Mattinata (you will through the 4
Vieste-Peschici tunnels).
By bus:
There are many bus connections. The lines start from the main cities: Rome, Naples, Pescara, Bologna, Reggio Emilia, Turin, Venice,
