Quotations on equipment, materials or supplies must be F.O.B. point of delivery specified, including packing
and crating charges.

The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or part, to waive any irregularities, and
in general, to make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the district.
Bidders must make their proposals strictly in accordance with requirements and specifications, otherwise they may
not be considered.
Bidders are granted the privilege of withdrawing their bids, if they desire, between the time they are submitted and
opened.
Bidders are invited to consult with the Supervisor of Business Services concerning conditions required for
submitting bids, use of materials, or previous quotations.

The undersigned proposes to sell audio sound equipment and peripherals, per attached bid specifications and
provide installation, testing, and training service at Dan Heintzleman Fine Arts Center (Wyoming Park High
School).
Prices quoted shall include all cost of travel, labor, installation, testing, training, and tools.

SECTIO% II: GE%ERAL SPECIFICATIO%S
1.
The proposal will be for new equipment only.
2.
The Bid equipment will not be discontinued models at the time of bid and/or delivery.
3.
All Items must carry a minimum of one-year parts and labor warranty
4.
ALL GUARANTEED ITEMS MUST BE IN WRITING AT TIME OF BID.
5.
On-site demonstration of proposed equipment.
6.
Sufficient staff training required for ongoing knowledgeable operation will be performed by the
organization selling the equipment.
7.
Seller maintains full time professional maintenance team.
8.
Delivery and set up of all audio equipment and peripherals is expected by 8-31-06, unless noted in
bid.
9.
Tentative Time Line:
•
Bids received 06-29-06
•
Vendor award (by the Board of Education) is 6-30-06
•
Vendor delivery and installation by 8-31-06
10.
