montant minimum, en une seule commande, de 75€ HT de produits Roebuck au tarif du catalogue 2016. 3. Pour une commande client d’un montant minimum de 75€ et jusqu’à 149€, le client recevra
la lampe torche LED à faisceau pivotant Roebuck. Pour une commande client d’un montant de 150€ et plus, le client recevra la lampe d’inspection LED. 4. L’offre est limitée à un produit gratuit (Lampe
d’inspection LED ou Lampe torche LED à faisceau pivotant) par compte client et par jour. 5. La lampe portable gratuite (Lampe d’inspection LED ou Lampe torche LED à faisceau pivotant) sera livrée à
votre adresse de facturation habituelle ou à une autre adresse pouvant être convenue avec vous dans les 30 jours suivant le paiement intégral des factures ayant permis l’attribution du produit gratuit.
6. La lampe portable gratuite (Lampe d’inspection LED ou Lampe torche LED à faisceau pivotant), objet de la promotion, ne peut pas être remplacé par un versement monétaire, n’est pas remboursable
et ne peut pas faire l’objet d’un remplacement ou échange par d’autres produits. 7. Dans la mesure autorisée par la loi, Brammer et ses affiliés déclinent toute responsabilité en cas d’articles retardés,
perdus, endommagés ou défaillants. 8. Brammer se reserve le droit d’annuler, modifier ou retirer la promotion et/ou modifier les présentes conditions générales à tout moment et sans préavis. 9. En
cas de différend, la décision de la direction de Brammer sera definitive et aucun recours ne sera possible. 10. Brammer se reserve le droit, à son entire discretion, de remplacer à tout moment la lampe portable Roebuck (Lampe d’inspection LED ou Lampe
torche LED à faisceau pivotant), en totalité ou partie, par un autre produit de valeur similaire. Notamment en cas de pénurie d’approvisionnement, temporaire ou non. 11. L’offre lampes LED portables
