Voici la réédition tant attendue du deuxième album d’EDITION SPECIALE ! Ce merveilleux groupe
français des années 70, qui incluait le guitariste Mimi Lorenzini et la chanteuse/claviériste Ann Ballester, a
enregistré « Aliquante » en 1977. Muséa a ajouté aux sept pièces de l’album deux morceaux bonus, maquettes du
troisième album. C’est une musique explosive, virtuose, échevelée, mi-instrumentale mi- chantée, dans une
veine proche de Weather Report et Return to Forever. Le terme « Aliquante » signifie « qui n’est pas contenu un
nombre exact de fois dans un tout » ; bonne illustration de la complexité rythmique qu’affectionne le groupe.
Josquin Turenne Des Près à la basse et Alain Gouillard à la batterie complètent ce groupe de virtuoses
impressionnants de maîtrise et d’inspiration. La musique est sophistiquée, chaleureuse cependant, constamment
inspirée : chef d’œuvre !

band of the seventies, featuring Ann Ballester (keyboards and vocals) and Mimi lorenzini (guitars and vocals)
released “Aliquante” in 1977. Nine concise, explosive pieces and songs (two bonus tracks, demos of the third
album) , in a vein near Weather Report, Return to Forever,…”Aliquante” means: “That is not included an exact
number of times in a whole”, an illustration of the complex rhythms the band loves. Josquin Turenne Des Près
(bass) and Alain Gouillard (drums) complete this bunch of increduble virtuosos, for a melodious, impressive and
