Generally speaking, Haitian dishes are well-spiced and are accompanied by hot sauces. Being an island nation, Haiti features a large variety of fish—cooked in sauce or grilled—lobster and shrimp. Haiti is a perfect place to enjoy tropical fruits such as mango, pineapple, papaya, soursop, grenadine, peaches or figue Ti Malice, the most delicious variety of banana. 8 World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) – A Specialized Agency of the United Nations Capitán Haya 42, 28020 Madrid, Spain.
