Nelly Mosstaghimi-Tehrani’s commercial real estate practice has a concentration on
managing complex real estate acquisitions and commercial transactions. Nelly focuses
primarily on advising her clients on commercial leasing, acquisition financing, and acquisition
and disposition of real property assets, along with other commercial real estate matters.
Nelly attended law school at the University of Ottawa. She completed her articles at Miller
Thomson and was called to the Bar in 2013.
Prior to law school, Nelly worked with Canada Border Services Agency as a student border
services officer, where she intercepted contraband goods including drugs, weapons, and
alcohol, preventing them from entering Canada.
Nelly is fluent in French (oral and written) and speaks Farsi.
