Coming from CANNES NICES or MANDELIEU LA NAPOULE :

Take the direction of Théoule sur mer, Saint Raphaël along the sea on the RN 98. After Théoule
sur mer, carry on in the direction of le Trayas, Saint Raphaël, Agay.
Be careful : after the hotel Miramar beach situated on your left, the house is about 800 metres
further on your right, just when you change counties from ALPES MARITIMES to VAR. The
villa is on the top of a big stone wall situated at the level of the road sign.
At the end of that wall is a car park on your right with an alley going to the main entrance of the
Villa.. It is up the car park.
CAREFUL : you can only see the Villa once you are on the car park when you look back.
Coming from SAINT RAPHAEL or AGAY :

Take the direction of CANNES, THEOULE SUR MER along the sea on the RN 98.
When you arrive at le Trayas, after two turns, there is a car park with an alley on your left. The
villa is at the bottom of that alley ; it is up the car park.
If you see the road sign : ALPES MARITIMES, you have been too far. The house is just situated
at the border of the 2 counties.
