COMMENTAIRES / COMMENTS
Ce document constitue un outil de référence pour la bonne
utilisation du logo MED.
Les principaux éléments utilisables sont accompagnés d’un
numéro de référence correspondant aux différents fichiers
numériques gravés sur le CD-Rom d’accompagnement.
Ces fichiers sont fournis dans deux formats (jpg et eps) , le
format vectoriel (eps) permettant un aggrandissement illimité.
Ils intégrent les bonnes proportions de chaque élément graphique et les références couleurs de base.
Tous les documents de communication devront impérativement utiliser la version officielle du logo, à savoir le graphisme accompagné du texte de l’accroche et de l’emblème
européen.
Les éléments non référencés sont des pistes graphiques et des
exemples d’utilisation non définitifs qui intègrent les principes
essentiels de la charte graphique.

This booklet contains a set of guidelines for the proper use of
the MED logo.
The guidelines’ principal elements are identified by a numeric
code, corresponding to a file name on the accompanying CDROM.
The files are in two formats (jpeg and eps) – with the postscript format file (.eps) allowing virtually unlimited artwork
rescaling. Each file faithfully reproduces the proper proportions
and colours of the corresponding artwork.
It is imperative that all communication documents use the official MED logo : the graphic design, the text and the European
logo.
Elements not coded should be considered simply as illustrations that respect “graphic guidelines” principles.

La version simplifiée du logo a pour vocation une utilisation
décorative sur certains documents spécifiques.
C’est la version complète qui doit être utilisée impérativement
en signature sur tous les documents de communication.
It is obligatory to use the complete logo for all communication
documents.
The simplified logo will only be used for specific decorative
items.

ESPACE PROTÉGÉ / CLEAR AREA
Pour préserver la bonne perception du logo, aucun élément
graphique (texte, filet, image) ne doit pénétrer dans la zone de
protection définie par le cadre extérieur noir.
La largeur d’utilisation ne doit pas être inférieure à 25mm.
The exterior black line indicates the clear area surrounding the
logo.
The minimum dimension for the complete logo must exceed
25mm.

Le logo sera utilisé centré sur les différents documents personnalisés. La règle de l’espace protégé sera appliquée au bord au
document.
The logo should be centred, on all documents.
The clear area proportions will always be applied with respect
to the top of the page.
