Rates for home loans are provided on the “Mortgage loan simulator” page on the www.bcee.lu
website and in the « Mortgage Housing Loan at the BCEE » brochure published on the
www.bcee.lu website.
The various charges listed therein may be cumulated, where applicable.
In reference to Articles 19.1 par. 2 and 19.2 of our General Terms and Conditions for Transactions,
please note that “the Banque et Caisse d'Epargne de l'Etat, Luxembourg reserves the right to change
charges and fees. Any change in charges, fees and interest rates shall entail a corresponding right for
the Customer to terminate the agreement where the cost involved becomes excessive in comparison
to the cost he/she/it could have expected when the agreement was entered into.”

Out-of-court claim procedures:
Please note that before resorting to any legal proceedings, you may avail of the BCEE Compliance
department’s claims procedure and of the claims procedure provided for in Article 58 of the Act of 5
April 1993 relating to the financial sector. Pursuant to this text, the Commission de Surveillance du
Secteur Financier is empowered to handle customer claims in relation to entities subject to its
supervision and to intervene with said entities in order to settle any such claims amicably.
