Pour les applications de mur rideau avec couvercles, l’utilisation judicieuse
d’une garniture extérieure en périmètre permet la pose d’unités scellées
conventionnelles, réduisant la complexité du produit. Les barrières
thermiques faites de profilés en polyamide sur mesure assurent longévité,
haute performance et robustesse au produit.
For curtain wall applications where captured glass is chosen, standard
sealed units are required thus reducing cost and complexity for this insulated glass. Use of a discreet perimeter gasket ensures a smooth transition
between the operable vent and the curtain wall’s decorative capping.
Les volets ouvrants sont fabriquées selon le principe de l’écran pluvial. Des
orifices dissimulés dans le mur rideau assurent l’équilibre des pressions et
le drainage du système. Les plus hauts niveaux de performance spécifiés
dans les normes sont atteints grâce à la qualité de fabrication et concept
du produit.
High thermal values, robust construction and long life of the product
are achieved by use of high quality custom polyamide thermal strips.
Construction of the opening vent follows the rain screen principle and
seamlessly integrates into the curtain wall. Product design, materials
used and quality construction enables the product to attain the highest
performance levels specified by the established standards.

The new 1330 series operable opening vent will add refinement and style
to any building. Increased aesthetics and high performance are the driving

Ce volet ouvrant inédite a les qualités requises pour relancer la compétition
dans le domaine architectural. Chaque fenêtre est soigneusement assemblée à partir de composantes emboîtées, créant ainsi des joints excessivement robustes, étanches et précis. Ses encadrements sont isolés au moyen
de barrières thermiques en « polyamide », ce qui non seulement entraîne
un bris dans la conductivité thermique, mais constitue, du même coup, un
assemblage indéniablement résistant et stable. Il est également possible
d’obtenir le volet ouvrant série 1330 avec un double fini qui pourra être choisi parmi une importante sélection de couleurs anodisées et/ou au fini peint.
There is a limitless variety of configurations possible with both opening
in and / or out ventilators or sashes. All opening vents are constructed as
unitized frames with no need for the joining of separate units or the use
of sub-frames.
The entire system is thermally broken with the latest polyamide thermal
barrier, which not only creates a break in the thermal conductivity but also
provides a strong, stable and highly accurate assembly. This feature also
allows for dual finish with a wide choice of anodized colours and / or paint
for either the inside or the outside.
Le volet ouvrant série 1330 est pourvu de la parclose révolutionnaire
« MAXSCEL »*, brevetée, composée de profilés d’aluminium et de profilés
de PVC de double dureté formant une unité intégrale, vous assure que les
unités de fenêtres rencontreront les normes rigoureuses d’étanchéité requises. La parclose « MAXSCEL »* évite la pose d’un joint de feuillure coûteux, laborieux et problématique avec son fond de joint et son calfeutrage
continu sur le périmètre du vitrage isolant. Les résultats d’essais effectués
par un laboratoire indépendant confirment son rendement (rapport disponible sur demande).
The 1330 Series Opening Vent is equiped with the revolutionary
‘‘MAXSEAL’’* glazing system made of aluminum extrusions and double
density PVC extrusions to form an integral unit, assures that the window
units meet the rigorous air and water thightness standards required. The
‘‘MAXSEAL’’* glazing stop eliminates the requirement of a heel bead with
the costly, labor intensive and problematic installation of a continuous
backing rod and caulking joint all around the perimeter of the insulated
glazing unit. Tests made by an independant laboratory confirm the performance of this stop (report available upon request).
