PARC HOTELIER in Mérignac We have selected three differents areas where you should stay (in green on the map) These areas will make your stay in Bordeaux easier depending on what you want to do. Why stay there ? - We invite you to stay here if you are planning on staying just for the event. This hotel area is at a walking distance of the Bordeaux airport. - This area has a full range of hotels - please check our selection on page 6. - You will also find there all kind of restaurant. You also have a city bus line driving you down town: LIANE 1 (do not take the tourist bus which will cost you a lots more money). If you do not wish to stay in one of these areas you will have to organise your transport to the ground yourself or to meet our buses at the end of the C Tram Line. (From the train Station to the end of the line it should take you around 25 minutes) The only city bus going to St Medard en Jalles Stadium is the Lianes 3 that you can take from the “Quinconces”. 45 minutes later you should get down at “Moulin de Gajac”. PARC HOTELIER in Bordeaux-Lac Hôtels in St-Médard-en-Jalles Why stay there? - This area is a good deal for the teams that wish to enjoy our beautiful city as well as the competition. - You will find all sorts of hotels in “Parc Hotelier Bordeaux-Lac” - check our selection on page 11. - This area is 5 min walk from the first Tram stop which should bring you in the city center within 10 min. - This area is about 15min walk from the first nightclubs (important for those who will wish to go out after the saturday reception as the trams stop after 1.30 am. - These hotels are the closest to the ground. They will allow you to relax longer before the competition and to see the charms of the local suburb. - If you wish to go to Bordeaux you will then have to take the bus Liane 3 to get to the city (around 45min).
