The receiver gives notice and declares that:

On the 25th day of August 2014, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. was named receiver (the "Receiver") in
respect of the property of Abitibi Helicopters Ltd., an insolvent person, that is described below:

We were appointed as Receiver of the above-mentioned property b) the Superior Court of Quebec
pursuant to an order dated August 25, 2014 further to a motion presented by GE Capital Solutions
Equipment Financing ("GE").

The undersigned has taken possession and control of the property described above on the 26t day of
August 2014,

The following information relates to the receivership:
(a) Address of insolvent person : 341, Route 111 West, La Sarre (Quebec) J9Z 2X5
(b) Principal line of business: air transport by helicopter
(c) Location(s) of business: 341, Route iii West, La Sarre (Quebec) J9Z 2X5 (The Receiver has
secured these premises).
It is to note that the eight helicopters belonging to Abitibi Helicopters Ltd. are currently located at
three locations belonging to a third-party, Opsmobil Inc., respectively in Calgary, Whitecourt and
Grande Prairie, Alberta. The Receiver has taken a short-term rental agreement with this thirdparty in order to secure the Company's assets.
(d) Amounts owed by insolvent person to each creditor who holds a security on the property
described above: refer to creditor list enclosed.
(e) The list of other creditors of the insolvent person and the amount owed to each creditor and the
total amount due by the insolvent person is as follows: refer to creditor list enclosed.
(0 The intended plan of action of the receiver during the receivership, to the extent that such a plan
has been determined, is as follows: PwC was appointed Receiver to realize and maximize the
assets subject to the Company's secured creditors, namely GE.
