AVIS DE CONVOCATION
NOTICE FOR A MEETING
Veuillez prendre note que l’Assemblée générale annuelle des membres
aura lieu le samedi le 3 septembre 2016 à 11h.
Please note that the Annual General Assembly of the members will take
place on Saturday September 3, 2016, at 11:00 A.M.

Lors de l’assemblée générale annuelle, les membres auront à :
At the Annual General Meeting, the members will have to:

Élire six (6) administrateurs. Des candidatures peuvent être soumises préalablement à
l’assemblée de septembre au moyen du formulaire « Mise en candidature ».
Elect six (6) administrators. The form “Mise en candidature” can be used to submit
candidacies before the September meeting.

Ratifier la modification suivante aux règlements généraux de l’Association,
modification adoptée par le conseil d’administration le 13 février 2016 :
Modification à l’article 11.05 des règlements généraux
11.05 Membre bienfaiteur
Est reconnu membre bienfaiteur de l’Association tout membre, qu’il soit régulier, conjoint
ou associé, qui fait à l’Association un don de 150$ ou plus en un seul versement. Une
attestation de membre bienfaiteur lui sera remise. Cette reconnaissance ne dispense
toutefois pas ce membre de payer sa cotisation annuelle et demeure en vigueur tant et aussi
longtemps que cette personne conserve son statut de membre.
L’article 11.05 se lisait comme suit avant la modification :
Est reconnu membre bienfaiteur de l’Association tout membre, qu’il soit régulier ou
conjoint, qui a versé à l’Association, en un seul versement, un montant équivalent à cinq
(5) fois le montant de la cotisation annuelle fixée pour le membre régulier pour l’année au
cours de laquelle ce membre obtient le titre de membre bienfaiteur. La reconnaissance «
Membre bienfaiteur » sera inscrite sur la carte de membre pour une période de 3 ans.»
Ratify the following amendment to the general bylaws which has been adopted by the
Board of Directors on February 13, 2016:
Amendment to article 11.05 of the general bylaws
11.05 Benefactor member
Is recognized as a Benefactor Member of the Association any member, either a regular,
spouse or associate one, who gives the Association a donation of $150.00 or more in a
single instalment. An acknowledgement of Benefactor will be given. This recognition does
not relieve the member from paying the annual membership fee; it remains in effect as long
as the statute of member is valid.
Before the amendment, article 11.05 stated:
Is recognized a charitable member any member, either a regular, associate or spouse one,
who gives to the Association within a period of three (3) consecutive years a cumulative
amount of money equal to five (5) times the amount of the annual fees of a regular member
for the current year in which this member obtains the charitable member title. The
acknowledgement «Charitable member» will be written on his membership card.
