Onroak Automotive was able to avail themselves of the experience gathered with the Morgan LM P2 and the work carried out by the different teams running this LM P2. The team made this new car with the ambition to achieve the same levels of performance and reliability as those of the Morgan LM P2 over the past three years. The Ligier JS P2 has been homologated for three years according to the current ACO-FIA regulations in force until 2017. Its sale price agrees with the ACO-FIA cost-capped policy: €450,000 + VAT The three engines currently on offer, the Honda HPD, the Judd HK and the Nissan VK45, can all be installed in the car’s engine bay. Its closed monocoque will enhance the Ligier JS P2’s overall level of safety. 05 ASSETS & SPECS LIGIER JS P2 Assets The cost-capped LM P2 sports-prototype benefits from extensive development applied to Onroak Automotive LMP concept. Onroak Automotive engineers focused on the following: An extensive wind tunnel programme Ease of maintenance Component cost reduction Driving position comfort Its design follows the same philosophy as the cars built by Onroak Automotive, making a robust, reliable, competitive and easy to use product. 06 CARBON MONOCOQUE CHASSIS Optimised ergonomics and comfort: two-stage adjustable pedal box suitable for drivers up to and including 190cm / 6ft 3in Dimensions: 4610mm length 2000mm width 2865mm wheelbase Weight: 900kg Power steering: KAYABA, electric Transmission: XTRAC 626 B Magnesium Brakes: callipers, discs (15’’ front and rear) and pads Fuel tank: ATL 75 litres Rims: OZ 18’’ Suspension: double wishbones, pushrod, torsion bars on front and spring on rear 07 08 BODYWORK & AERODYNAMICS BODYWORK The prototype complies with the FIA/ACO regulations, following the latest aerodynamic development phase undertaken by the Onroak Automotive Design Office.
