Costruita interamente in lega di alluminio 6082 T6 verniciato a polveri poliestere per
esterno è composta da un telaio con travi IPE 70x200mm sostenuto da colonne a sezione
quadrata 200x200x4 mm. complete di piastre a scomparsa di ancoraggio al pavimento,
sistema frangisole composto da doghe a profilo alare da 270mm in lega di alluminio,
orientabili da 0 a 90° con movimentazione elettrica e complete di doppie guarnizioni
ermetiche di tenuta a pioggia e neve. Il deflusso delle acque piovane avviene lateralmente
tramite i profili di gronda con scarico all’interno delle colonne. Progettata secondo Eurocodice 9 UNI ENV 1999-1-1:2002 per carichi standard di neve 150daN/m2 e vento 90
daN/m2, la struttura è certificata CE secondo EN 1090 da TÜV SÜD e fornita in kit di montaggio.
STRUCTURE
Made entirely of aluminium alloy 6082 T6 with polyester powder coating for outdoor use, it consists of
a frame with 70x200 mm IPE-beams supported by
square columns measuring 200x200x4 mm; it comes
with concealed floor anchorage plates, a sun shading
system made of 270 mm aluminium alloy wing profile
beams which can be electrically angled from 0 to 90°
and double airtight seals for protection against rain and
snow. Storm water is channelled down the sides using
eave profiles that discharge it inside the columns. Designed and engineered in accordance with Eurocode 9 UNI ENV
1999-1-1:2002 for standard snow loads of 150 daM/m2 and wind
force of 90 daN/m2; the structure is CE certified to EN 1090 standards
by TÜV SÜD and comes with an assembly kit.
STRUKTUR
Sie besteht vollständig aus der Aluminiumlegierung 6082 T6, die mit
speziellem Polyesterpulver für Außenanwendungen beschichtet ist. Ein Gestell
mit IPE-Trägern der Maße 70x200
mm ruht auf quadratisch geschnittenen
Säulen der Maße 200x200x4 mm,
die mit versenkbaren Platten zur Bodenverankerung ausgestattet sind. Das
Sonnenschutzsystem besteht aus Aluminiumlegierung Leisten mit einem 270
mm breiten Flügelprofil, die elektrisch
angetrieben von 0 bis 90° schwenkbar
sind und hermetische Doppeldichtungen
für die Abdichtung gegen Regen und
Schnee. Das Regenwasser wird über
das Rinnenprofil seitlich abgeführt und
läuft innerhalb der Säulen ab. Konstruktion gemäß Eurocode 9 UNI ENV 1999-11:2002 für Standardlasten von 150 daN/qm bei
Schnee und 90 daN/qm bei Wind. Die Konstruktion ist nach EN 1090 vom TÜV SÜD CE-zertifiziert
und wird als Bausatz geliefert.

neige. L’évacuation des eaux de pluie advient latéralement à l’aide des profils de gouttière avec écoulement à
l’intérieur des colonnes.
Conçue d’après l’Eurocode 9 UNI ENV 1999-1-1:2002 pour charges
standards de neige 150 daN/m2 et vent 90 daN/m2, la structure
est certifiée CE conformément à la norme EN 1090 par TÜV SÜD et
fournie en kit de montage.
