(Un client d'Hydro-Québec qui est hypersensible aux ondes électromagnétiques est à
bout de nerfs. L'homme de Saint-Étienne-des-Grès veut lui-même débrancher et retirer
son compteur intelligent. Claude Gélinas a été diagnostiqué hyperélectrosensible. Chez
lui il n'y a pas de cellulaire, pas d'ordinateur et ses appareils électriques sont presque
tous débranchés. Le problème c'est son compteur intelligent et il n'est plus capable de
l'endurer. «C'est un calvaire à toutes les minutes, toutes les secondes, ce n'est pas
vivable. Je suis obligé d'aller dormir à l'extérieur», explique-t-il. Depuis qu'HydroQuébec a remplacé son compteur non communicant, il ne dort plus. M. Gélinas est
également victime de maux de têtes et de coeur et dit même être dans un état
dépressif. Après maintes demandes auprès de la société d'État, il menace maintenant

souvent le cas quand on tente de révéler les faits, il sera sans doute censuré même s'il

VOICI LES FAITS...
Comme toujours, les gens qui commentent à travers leur chapeau ne connaissent pas
les FAITS. Des centaines de clients sont devenus électrohypersensibles (certains
enfants ont même fait des crises d'épilepsie) après avoir été exposés à ces foutus
compteurs 'intelligents'. Lisez les témoignages à http://bit.ly/1gEqnTM. C'est une
véritable torture qu'Hydro impose à cet homme. Néanmoins, l'idée brillante de lui
interdire d'avoir un non communicant parce qu'il a un dossier de mauvais payeur a été
approuvée par la Régie de l'énergie qui, trop souvent, accepte ce que lui propose Hydro
sans réfléchir plus loin que le bout de son nez. Le raisonnement est que si un client
n'arrive pas à payer son électricité, il n'aura pas les moyens de payer en plus les frais
de relève de 5$/mois pour le non communicant (pour avoir dans les faits uniquement 3
relèves par année). L'idée de punir les mauvais payeurs en leur interdisant pendant
DEUX ANS de protéger leur santé en obtenant un non communicant est une aberration
administrative absolument sans coeur ni compassion.
Et c'est possible d'agir aussi froidement parce qu'Hydro peut continuer à clamer le pire
mensonge qui soit en prétendant que les souffrances des personnes électrosensibles
ne peuvent être dues à leurs compteurs... parce que Santé Canada et la Direction de la
santé publique du Québec ont affirmé qu'ils sont sécuritaires, ce qui était prévisible
puisqu'ils sont dans le déni le plus profond face à cette réalité émergente des cas de
plus en plus nombreux de personnes au Canada devenues allergiques aux champs
électromagnétiques pulsées des cellulaires, du Wi-Fi et des compteurs 'intelligents,
entre autres.
Pourquoi un tel déni ? À cause de commandes politiques... car le fédéral et le provincial
sont en total conflit d'intérêt. Hydro verse environ $3 milliards par année en dividendes
sur ses profits dans les coffres de l'État québécois. Le gouvernement canadien
empoche des milliards chaque fois qu'il met aux enchères des bandes du spectre des
ondes achetées par une industrie des télécommunications qui peine à répondre à la
demande pour de la bande passante. Dans les deux cas, ces instances politiques, sous
l'influence occulte du puissant lobby des télécommunications, n'ont aucun intérêt à
admettre qu'il faille resserrer les normes archi laxistes que nous avons au Canada. Cela
embêterait trop ces grosses vaches à lait que sont Hydro-Québec et les Rogers,
Vidéotron et Bell de ce monde.
Un jour, la fin de la récréation va bien finir par sonner pour ces empires qui, du haut de
leur arrogante puissance, croient pouvoir torturer impunément et faire mourir à petit feu
les 3 à 4 % des gens qui sont déjà électrosensibilisés par la plus insidieuse pollution qui
soit. Il y a quelques jours, une étude américaine de $25 millions (dont aucun des grands
médias québécois n'a encore jugé bon de parler – voir «L'étude qui tue le mythe de
l'innocuité du cellulaire» à http://bit.ly/1t7vesbet voir aussi ce tableau explicatif – http://
bit.ly/1TTvZkb – remettant les pendules à l'heure suite aux faussetés véhiculées sur
cette étude) a clairement démontré que les ondes du cellulaire peuvent donner le
cancer à des rats... ce qui signifie que les gros utilisateurs du cellulaire ont de fortes
chances de mourir jeune d'un cancer du cerveau. Les ondes pulsées des
communications sans fil sont l'équivalent de la crise sanitaire mondiale du tabac qui, il y
a une trentaine d'années faisaient encore l'objet d'un déni collectif, ce qui n'a pas
empêché des millions de gros fumeurs de mourir prématurément d'un cancer du
poumon... tout comme des millions d'utilisateurs d'appareils sans fil dans le monde vont
mourir d'un cancer du cerveau dans les prochaines décennies.
Saviez-vous que l'émetteur des compteurs 'intelligents' est identique et fonctionne dans
la même bande de fréquences que celui des cellulaires? Voilà à quoi Hydro-Québec,
avec la complicité de la Régie de l'énergie, du Gouvernement du Québec et de celui du
Canada, expose ce M. Claude Gélinas... ainsi que les enfants, les femmes et les
hommes habitant chez les 3.6 millions de clients où ces appareils mortels ont été
imposés, et dont on ne peut se débarrasser qu'en acceptant de se faire extorquer pour
se faire installer un non communicant... mais uniquement si on est un bon payeur !
Voilà les FAITS que cet article n'a pas rapportés et que la porte-parole d'Hydro
n'admettra jamais – et ne connaît probablement même pas, comme la vaste majorité
des Québécois qui préfèrent ne rien entendre de tout cela pour ne pas risquer de devoir
se priver de leurs appareils sans fil dont ils sont devenus complètements accros...

radiations du téléphone cellulaire augmentent le taux du cancer du cerveau chez les

les épidémiologistes observent depuis de nombreuses années, a déclaré à MWN Dr
David Carpenter, directeur de lʼInstitut pour la santé et lʼenvironnement à lʼUniversité
dʼAlbany. « Maintenant, nous avons des preuves chez les animaux ainsi que chez
lʼhomme », explique Carpenter en ajoutant : « Le NTP a la crédibilité du gouvernement
fédéral. Il sera très difficile pour les opposants de refuser lʼassociation [entre lʼusage
prolongé du cellulaire et le risque accru de cancer] encore longtemps. » (...) Mais dans
un commentaire publié hier sur son blogue, lʼexpert indépendant Dariusz Leszczynski
prévient quʼon ne peut commenter une étude avant sa publication. Et il sʼattend à ce
que lʼindustrie du cellulaire et les gouvernements tentent dʼen minimiser la portée. «
Mon expérience passée me dit de mettre les prédictions en attente… parce que les
façonneurs dʼimage sont au travail. Ce nʼest pas une théorie du complot, mais un fait de
la vie. Lʼénorme industrie des télécommunications a certainement mis immédiatement
ses lobbyistes et ses scientifiques associés au travail pour limiter les dégâts et protéger
ses intérêts. Cʼest leur travail et ils seraient irresponsables de ne pas le faire. Toute
personne croyant en lʼautosurveillance de lʼindustrie pour le bien de la santé publique
est absolument naïve. » Il ajoute que le fait que le gouvernement américain prépare une
réponse ne signifie pas quʼil émettra une mise en garde recommandant de limiter
lʼusage du téléphone cellulaire. « En 2011, quand le CIRC a classé les radiations du
téléphone cellulaire comme cancérogène possible, les Centres for Disease Control
(CDC) ont lancé un appel à la précaution qui a été peu de temps après rétracté… après

Brain Tumors - U.S. Government Expected To Advise Public of Health Risk

(The cell phone cancer controversy will never be the same again. The U.S. National
Toxicology Program (NTP) is expected to issue a public announcement that cell phone
radiation presents a cancer risk for humans. The move comes soon after its recently
completed study showed statistically significant increases in cancer among rats that had
been exposed to GSM or CDMA signals for two-years. Discussions are currently
underway among federal agencies on how to inform the public about the new findings.
NTP senior managers believe that these results should be released as soon as possible
because just about everyone is exposed to wireless radiation all the time and therefore
everyone is potentially at risk. (...) The NTP findings show that as the intensity of the
radiation increased, so did the incidence of cancer among the rats. "There was a
significant dose-response relationship," a reliable source, who has been briefed on the
results, told Microwave News.(...) Importantly, the exposed rats were found to have
higher rates of two types of cancers: glioma, a tumor of the glial cells in the brain, and
malignant schwannoma of the heart, a very rare tumor. None of the unexposed control
rats developed either type of tumor. A number of epidemiological studies have linked
cell phones to both gliomas and to Schwann cell tumors. The Interphone study, for
instance, found an association between the use of cell phones and gliomas. (...) "The
NTP tested the hypothesis that cell phone radiation could not cause health effects and
that hypothesis has now been disproved", he said in a telephone interview. "The
experiment has been done and, after extensive reviews, the consensus is that there
was a carcinogenic effect." (...) "This is a major public health concern because the cells
which became cancerous in the rats were the same types of cells as those that have
been reported to develop into tumors in cell phone epidemiological studies," Melnick
added. "For this to be a chance coincidence would be truly amazing. The NTP radiation
project, which has been underway for more than a decade, is the most expensive ever
undertaken by the toxicology program. More than $25 million has been spent so far.
Another interesting coincidence is that the Ramazzini study of rats in Bologna exposed
to extremely low frequency (50 Hz) EMFs also developed a significant increase in
malignant schwannoma of the heart." (...) Because of the importance of these results to
public health, the NTP alerted the highest levels of the National Institutes of Health
(NIH), where resistance prompted further reviews. No serious flaws in the data or the
conduct of the studies were identified. (...) After extended discussions, the two federal
agencies responsible for regulating exposures to cell phone radiation, the Food and
Drug Administration (FDA) and the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), were
briefed on the results last week. It is not clear how these regulatory agencies plan to
respond. (...) "This is a game changer, there is no question," said David Carpenter, the
director of the Institute for Health and the Environment at the University of Albany. "It
confirms what we have been seeing for many years — though now we have evidence in
animals as well as in humans." Carpenter went on to add, "The NTP has the credibility
of the federal government. It will be very difficult for the naysayers to deny the
association any longer." Carpenter's institute is a collaborating center of the World
Health Organization (WHO).
Comme l'indique Joel Moskowitz dans son courriel au sujet de cet important
développement, il a fallu 15 ans au National Toxicology Program (NTP) pour enfin
accoucher de cette révélation qui n'en est pas une pour les scientifiques non corrompus
étudiant cette question depuis longtemps. Et le plus choquant, c'est que cette étude n'a
été faite qu'avec le 2G alors que nous avons le 3G et le 4G LTE depuis un bon moment,
lesquels seraient encore plus nocifs que le 2G...
"The International Agency for Research on Cancer of the World Health Organization
should now have sufficient evidence to raise the classification of radiofrequency
radiation from "possibly carcinogenic" (Group 2B) to "carcinogenic" (Group 1). The
study was proposed by the NTP in 2001. This long-awaited study is the only research
on cell phone radiation health effects that our federal government has conducted since
the 1990's. The government should release the study results soon. Rats and mice were
exposed to two second generation (2G) cell phone technologies which are still used for
voice transmission. Both 2G technologies caused tumors in rats, but not in mice. 2G
technologies will soon be obsolete because cell phone companies in the U.S. are
planning to use 4G LTE for voice transmission. However, recent research on 3G and 4G
suggests these technologies, in spite of their lower power densities, may be more risky
than 2G.)
