DEPARTMENT OF NuTRITION AND HEALTH SCIENCES
DEpartment OF Nutrition and Health Sciences The Department of Nutrition and Health Sciences is one of LaSalle Beauvais’ five teaching and research departments. The Department comprises academic staff and engineers and every year also hosts many post-doctoral researchers, doctoral students and interns. The Department carries out multidisciplinary teaching and research activities and is involved in technology transfer and industrial application in the field of nutrition, food and health. The Department has acquired specific expertise in scientific research with a scope ranging from the genome to the cell and from pre-clinical trials to clinical research. The work of the Department is supported on regional, national and international levels by a network of privileged partners who come from institutions, research or development bodies, and industry.
