The RAVAS-SafeLoad is the first product that measures weight, load center point and mast tilt and
directly and continuously advises the lift truck driver about the stability of his truck. In this sense it acts
as an interactive load diagram, whose messages can be intuitively and immediately understood by the
lift truck driver. It contributes to the safety of both forklift operators and people working around forklifts.
It will save the cost of damages and injuries, resulting from forklift accidents. The use of RAVASSafeLoad is not limited to any particular brand or model lift truck.

The RAVAS-SafeLoad is a product for counterbalanced trucks and reach trucks that provides both an
indication of the weight on the forks and stability information, in a single combined display.
The RAVAS-SafeLoad calculates with weight, load center point and mast tilt. The RAVAS-SafeLoad
uses information from a hydraulic sensor installed onto the hydraulic circuit of the truck, and a sensor
that measures the moment forces from load center position and mast tilt, to present stability
information in the display.
A led bar below the weight display goes from green (safe lifting), via yellow, to red (unsafe lifting: risk
of tipping over). The led bar stability indication is enhanced by the color of the weight display (green
backlight in safe situations, red backlight in unsafe situations), and by a fork icon in the weight display

The RAVAS-SafeLoad is available as an aftermarket product to anyone motivated to increase the
safety around forklift trucks. It functions as an interactive load diagram that continuously advises the
driver about the stability of his truck in the current lifting situation, and warns him when the lifting is
considered unsafe.

An example: on a 2.5 Ton lift truck a load of 1.823 kg picked up close to the carriage plate might result
in a rounded weight indication of 1.820 kg in the display, against a green background, with the middle
fork segment blinking for a load center point at 500-600mm, and four green LEDs lit up on the LED
bar. However, the same load picked up at the fork tips will result in the same 1.820 kg in the display,
but against a red background for unsafe lifting, with the right side fork segment blinking (LCP at 800 –
1.000 mm), the red segments on the LED bar lit up, and a warning buzzer going off. The RAVASSafeLoad is an aftermarket product that can be installed on any make and model counterbalanced
truck and reach truck. It functions as an interactive load diagram that continuously advises the driver
