The Flaveurs Bières et Caprices Evening,
a Gargantuan Culinary Experience!
As part of its festival, the Mondial de la bière announces a special and unforgettable evening: 9 countries,
18 beers, 9 gourmet appetizers and 1 cider with chocolate and cheeses, all in one evening!
A perfect occasion to discover beer and food pairings conceived by experts! The gourmet appetizers* will
be prepared in collaboration by Chef Louis Rodaros from the Montreal Hilton Bonaventure and Alsatian
Chef Daniel Zenner. Listed on the menu, beers* originating from Germany, Belgium, Canada, the United
th
States, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, Czech Republic and the 18 editionʼs special feature: the United
Kingdom.
This event will take place on
Saturday, June 11 of 2011, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
at the Hilton Hotel Montreal Bonaventure (Le Portage Terrace and Hall)

The Mondial de la bière proposes a mix between dinner and cocktail evening program with an indoor and
outdoor setting (according to weather conditions). Also, expert beerologists will be at your disposition to
discuss, guide and answer questions. It will be a gargantuan gourmet experience!
