Euronext précise que l'Offre de Rachat s'adresse aux "Porteurs Qualifiés" ( Qualifying Holders, tels que
définis dans le Tender Offer Memorandum en date du 09/06/2014).

issued by the company on 21/09/2010 and listed on EURONEXT PARIS (of which 750.000.000
EUR are currently outstanding) .
Euronext specifies that the Tender Offer is limited to “Qualifying Holders” (as defined in the tender offer
memorandum relating to the Tender Offer dated 09/06/2014).
