Vice-président Sénior – MANHATTAN CONSTRUCTION COMPAGNY
Mark Penny is senior vice president of Manhattan Construction’s Texas region. He leads
client engagement services statewide and provides executive oversight of the company’s
Houston and Dallas market-area offices. Mark joined Manhattan in 2004. Prior to his
current role, he served as Manhattan’s project executive for the internationally acclaimed
AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas (home of the Dallas Cowboys) and the George W. Bush
Presidential Center in University Park, Texas.
Mark previously served as vice president of the ACE Student Mentor Program board of
directors and currently serves on the board of Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA)
Southwest Region. He is a Designated Design-Build Professional, a credential bestowed by
DBIA and a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) (2008 – present).
Mark is also serves on the board of directors for TEXO, the Dallas/Ft. Worth branch of the
combined AGC and ABC. He also is a Den Leader and Cubmaster for the local Cub Scouts
Pack. Mark earned his bachelor of science in architectural engineering from the University
of Texas in 1993.
