The Kathrein-RFID Reader ARU-CSB-ELC-ETSI offers an Ethernet communication interface
and an integrated 30° Wide Range antenna with three selectable read zones. Active and
passive RFID tags can be read out in the frequency range from 865 to 868 MHz (865 to 867
MHz for India). The device can read and write tags conforming to the EPC Gen2 standard (ISO
18000-6C). The three well defined read zones of the integrated 30° Wide Range antenna will
be controlled by the reader, to offer optimized solution for logistics, intralogistics and retail
application. An EAS anti-theft protection system is also possible with this unit. Due to an
embedded Linux-based module, the reader can be used as a stand-alone system, running
applications and parameterization directly on the reader without the need for a remote PC.

Der Kathrein-RFID Reader ARU-CSB-ELC-ETSI hat eine Ethernet-Schnittstelle und eine
integrierte 30° Wide Range-Antenne mit drei wählbaren Lesezonen. Aktive und passive RFIDTags können im Frequenzbereich 865 bis 868 MHz (865 bis 867 MHz für Indien) ausgelesen
werden. Das Gerät kann Tags nach dem EPC Gen2 Standard (ISO 18000-6C) lesen und
schreiben. Die drei definierten Lesezonen der integrierten 30° Wide Range-Antenne werden
vom Reader gesteuert, um eine optimiale Lösung für Logistik, Intralogistik und RetailAnwendung zu bieten. Ein EAS Diebstahlschutzsystem ist mit dieser Einheit ebenfalls
möglich. Durch das integrierte Modul auf Linux-Basis kann der Reader als Stand-aloneSystem genutzt werden, um Applikationen sowie Parametrierungen direkt auf dem Reader
laufen zu lassen, ohne einen Remote-PC zu benötigen.
