FINALISTES DES MIPIM AWARDS 2015 :
40 projets sélectionnés d’un nombre record de 22 pays
Paris, le 19 janvier 2015 – Le MIPIM dévoile aujourd’hui la liste des 40 finalistes des
MIPIM Awards 2015 retenus par un jury composé de personnalités internationales de
l’immobilier.
Toujours plus international, les finalistes des MIPIM Awards représentent un nombre
record de 22 pays (contre 16 en 2014). Parmi eux, le Canada, l’Australie, l’Arabie
Saoudite, l’Argentine, l’Indonésie et le Sénégal auront tous une chance de gagner un prix
pour la première fois.
La France et le Royaume-Uni sont chacun représentés par quatre projets tandis que l’Asie
(Chine, Japon, Indonésie et Hong Kong) en compte huit et les pays scandinaves
(Danemark, Finlande, Norvège et Suède) sept.
Parmi les nouveautés, la catégorie « Meilleur méga projet futur » qui récompense les
projets immobiliers de plus de 100 000 m² dont la construction a débuté en 2014 ou
2015. De plus, cette année le jury a sélectionné 5 projets pour la catégorie « Prix Spécial
du Jury » et il annoncera son projet coup de cœur lors de la cérémonie des Awards, avec
les gagnants des autres catégories.
Les gagnants seront choisis à la fois par les participants qui pourront voter à Cannes pour
les projets de leur choix, mais également par les membres du jury. Le choix du jury
pèsera à 50% dans la sélection des vainqueurs, à égalité avec le vote des participants.
Pour la quatrième année consécutive, le « Prix Spécial du Public » récompensera le projet
ayant remporté le plus de votes en ligne avant le MIPIM. Le public pourra voter pour
cette catégorie prochainement sur le site du MIPIM et sur la page Facebook officielle du
salon.
