we have the pleasure of inviting you to the “Grand Prix 2012” to Germany. We
would be happy if you could accept our invitation. Enclosed you will find the
regulations.

Accommodation
The participants and the other team members will lodge
in double rooms various hotels in Dortmund.
Departure
1./2. July 2012 (after breakfast on 2. July at the latest)
Costs
The organiser, the DRB Service GmbH, will bear the costs for
a) meals from Friday 29. June 2012 on (starting with dinner) until Monday, 2. July 2012 (including
breakfast)
b) accommodation from 29. June until 2. July 2012 in double rooms.
Additional costs
For all days prior to and after the tournament: 85 EURO per person per day for meals and
accommodation. Likewise, 85 EURO have to be paid per person per day for additional persons. All
additional costs have to be paid upon arrival.
Travel expenses
All delegations must make transport arrangements from their country to Düsseldorf or Dortmund
Airport or to Dortmund Main Station at their own account. The same applies for their return home.
Transport from/to the airport or main station from/to the hotel will be borne by the organiser.
Terms
This invitation is valid for 10 wrestlers (max. 7 wrestler in freestyle or greco roman style) and for a
maximum of 5 officials (head of delegation, coaches, referees and officials). If less than 10
wrestlers participate in the tournament, the number of cost-free accompanying persons is reduced (9
and 8 wrestlers + 4 officials, 7 and 6 wrestlers + 3 officials, 5 and 4 wrestlers + 2 officials, 3, 2 and
1 wrestler(s) + 1 official).
Entries
a) Preliminary entries: Not later than 29. April 2012 on enclosed form.
b) Nominative entries: Not later than 29. May 2012 on enclosed form.
c) Late entries: All entries we receive after 29. May 2012 will be confirmed only upon payment of
85 EURO per participant and per day.
Medical service
Medical service during the event is provided by the organiser. The examinations before departure to
Germany required by State Agreements with several countries must be assured by the participating
countries themselves.
Competition method
The competitions are held as weight category tournament according to the FILA rules on
FOELDEAK mats.

Awards
The first four wrestlers in each weight category
will be awarded certificates and special prizes.
Miscellaneous
The participating nations are requested to bring with them their
anthem as well as their flag.
