GKN Sinter Metals Filters, the leading manufacturer of
porous sinter metal products, offers high class product
quality at competitive prices for improving our customer’s
profitability.
GKN sintered filter elements can be manufactured seamless up to 1600 mm (63") length and 320 mm (12.6") OD.
Larger elements can be easily tailored to your
individual process requirements in our certified in-house
welding shop.
We manufacture various filter grades with specified pore
sizes and flow rates in order to have the appropriate
solution for all individual customer requirements.
All sintered materials of GKN are self-supporting with
high mechanical strength, which offer a thermal stability
up to 900°C and a high corrosion resistance.
Available materials are stainless steels, bronze, nickel
based alloys and several special alloys on request.
Main applications for GKN Filters products are:
Gas filtration in: power plants, steel mills,
ammonia plants, polysilicon production
Liquid filtration like: catalyst recovery,
hydrogen peroxide, caprolactam
Special applications like: food shaping, sparging,
damping, sensor protection, bulk handling

GKN Filterelemente können bis zu 1600 mm Länge
und Ø 320 mm, nahtlos, hergestellt werden. Bei Bedarf
werden auch größere Elemente in unserer hausinternen,
zertifizierten Fachwerkstatt geschweißt.
Unsere Produkte werden in verschiedenen Filterfeinheiten, mit definierten Porengrößen sowie Durchflussleistungen gefertigt, um eine optimale Lösung für individuelle Kundenwünsche bieten zu können.
Alle Sinterprodukte von GKN sind selbsttragend und
besitzen eine hohe mechanische Festigkeit. Außerdem
weisen sie eine thermische Stabilität bis zu 900°C
sowie eine hohe Korrosionsbeständigkeit aus.
Verfügbare Werkstoffe: Edelstähle, Bronze,
Nickelbasislegierungen, Titan, weitere spezielle
Legierungen auf Anfrage
