1 - MATERIAL TECHNOLOGY
Das exklusive, wasserabweisende OXYGEN Gewebe, nimmt praktisch kein Wasser auf. Es ist
dadurch an der Oberfläche nicht nur fühlbar 'schneller', sondern trocknet auch erheblich besser als vergleichbare Stoffe (3 Minuten statt ca. 20 Minuten, IFTH test 984162 und 062180).
Oxygen ist wesentlich leichter als herkömmlich verwendete Stoffe (130 g/m2 gegen 190 g/m2).
Das multi-direktionelle Gewebe folgt ständig der Bewegung des Körpers und fühlt sich an wie
eine zweite Haut: Freie Körperbewegung bei gleichzeitig ständiger Muskelkompression. Das
Material selber verliert dabei nie seine Form (kein 'Ausleiern').
Trotz seiner Wettkampfqualitäten ist OXYGEN extrem abriebfest: Mit dem Martindale Test
(Standard NF EN ISO 12947-2) waren nach 50.000 Zyklen keine Schäden festzustellen! Und, der
Stoff ist extrem chlorresistent: Nach 60 Stunden verliert der OXYGEN nur 17% gegen 70 % bei
vergleichbaren Stoffen.
The exclusive water repellent OXYGEN fabric hardly absorbs water. Therefore creating less drag
through the water and a much faster drying time compared to similar products (3 Minutes instead of 20 Minutes, IFTH test 984162 and 062180).
Oxygen is also substantially lighter than most conventional fabrics (130g/m2 against 190g/m2).
The ‘Multi-directional’ weave of this extraordinary fabric constantly follows each movement of
the body. Therefore it feels like a second skin, enabling freedom of movement, at the same time
providing constant muscle compression. The material itself never loses shape or wear out.
Despite its competition qualities OXYGEN is extremely resistant to friction and abrasion: Martindale Test (Standard NF EN ISO 12947-2), after 50.000 wash cycles no damage! And, the fabric is
highly chlorine resistant: After 60 hours OXYGEN loses only 17% compared to 70% of equivalent
fabrics.

An empfindlichen Stellen (wie z. B. Schrittbereich) sind
die Herren– bzw. Damenmodelle zusätzlich abgefüttert
um Blickdichte zu garantieren.
In both men’s and women’s models private and sensitive
areas (eg. crutch) are additionally laminated to ensure
non-transparency.
Für einen vollkommenen Tragekomfort wurden alle Nähte
mit einer ultraflachen 4-Nadel-Flatlock-Technologie verarbeitet. Für zusätzliche Sicherheit an der Naht, weniger Widerstand im Wasser und um ein besonderes Design zu
erhalten wurde jede Naht mit einem Spezialtape überklebt.
All seams are sewn with a 4-needle-flatlock-technology
which guarantees perfect wearing comfort and are laminated giving additional strength and ensuring less resistance in
the water alongside maintaining an outstanding design.
