Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
wir möchten Sie über die zukünftigen Anpassungen der bestehenden Dateien für den
Emissionsrechte-Terminmarkt sowie für die Transparenzdaten informieren.
Anpassung der Dateien für Emissionsrechte
Die EEX wird den kontinuierlichen Handel mit EU Aviation Allowances (EUAA),
spezielle Emissionsrechte für die Luftfahrtgesellschaften, am Terminmarkt erweitern.
Darüber hinaus werden die Produkte am CO2-Terminmarkt um Emission Reduction
Units (ERUs) mit Fälligkeiten bis ins Jahr 2020 ergänzt.

Anpassung Dateinamen Transparenzdaten
Wie bereits im Dezember angekündigt, haben CEZ und die European Energy
Exchange AG (EEX) vereinbart, die von der EEX betriebene Plattform „Transparency
in Energy Markets“ (www.transparency.eex.com) im freiwilligen Bereich auf Daten aus
der Tschechischen Republik auszudehnen. Die notwendigen Vorbereitungen für die
erste Veröffentlichung von Daten werden in Kürze abgeschlossen sein, so dass die
erste Publikation im Verlaufe des zweiten Quartals 2012 beginnen kann.

Beide Unternehmen erwarten einen hohen Abdeckungsgrad von ungefähr 60 Prozent
der gesamten installierten Kraftwerkskapazität in der tschechischen Regelzone. Mehr
und detailliertere Informationen finden Sie in der Pressemitteilung Dezember 2011.
Die tschechischen Daten werden als neues Info-Produkt bereitgestellt.
Im Zuge der Neueinführung werden die derzeit existierenden Dateinamen angepasst.
Alle bestehenden Dateien, die Transparenzdaten für Strom für Deutschland und
Österreich beinhalten, führen ein DE_AT in ihrer Dateibezeichnung. Entsprechend
enthalten Dateien mit tschechischen Transparenzdaten die Bezeichnung CZ. Eine
Anpassung der Dateiinhalte und Dateiformate erfolgt nicht.

Action required: Adjustment of data files for
Emission Rights and Transparency Data
Dear Sir or Madam,
We wish to inform you on the upcoming adjustments of the files for the Emission Rights
Derivatives Market as well as on adjustments of the files for the Transparency Data.
Adjustment of the Emission Rights Futures Files
EEX will launch continuous trading in EU Aviation Allowances (EUAA), special emission
allowances for airlines. In addition, the products on the CO2 Derivatives Market will be
supplemented by Futures on European Reduction Units (ERUs) with maturities up to the
year 2020.

Adjustment of file names for Transparency Data
As announced in late December, CEZ and European Energy Exchange (EEX) have
agreed
to
extend
the
platform
“Transparency
in
Energy
Markets“
(www.transparency.eex.com), operated by EEX, in its voluntary section to data from the
Czech Republic. Preparations will come to an end soon and first data publication will be
expected in the course of Q2 2012. Both companies expect a strong data coverage of
some 60 per cent of the total installed power plant capacity in the Czech control area.
Czech data will be included in the new Info-Product Transparency Data CZ.

Please note that change, adjustments of existing files needed to be done.
All existing files, which contain Germany and Austria, will get the labeling DE_AT. There
will be no adjustments of data content or file format.
