Basischumhüllte Hochleistungselektrode zum Schweißen von artgleichen
weichmartensitischen Chrom- Stählen bzw. Stahlgusssorten. Sie ist sehr gut
geeignet zum Plattieren beanspruchter Teile im Kraftwerks- und
Wasseranlagenbau – verschleiß- und kavitationsfest.

Schweißanleitung I Welding Recommendations

Rücktrocknung I Re-drying: 250–300 oC/2 h (bei Bedarf I if required)
Vorwärmung ist in Abhängigkeit von den zu schweißenden ferritischen Grundwerkstoffen,
erforderlich.
Wanddicke größer 10 mm: Vorwärmtemperatur 100 - 150 °C, sonst ohne Vorwärmung schweißen.
Wärmenachbehandlung: entsprechend Grundwerkstoff
Wheter preheating is required depends on the ferritic base material.
Thickness of the material greater than 10 mm: preheating 100 - 150 °C, otherwise welding
without preheating possible
Post weld heat treatment: is required depends on the base material.
