Beschreibung
Fully Automatic Thermoforming Machine: cup/container forming, filling and
film sealing system. Applicable for vacuum, gas and MAP (modified atmosphere
packaging) packaging of food, meat, sea food, fruit, vegetable, medical and
hardware items. Main parts made of stainless steel, easy to change modular
moulds, water cooling system for thermoforming mould and sealing module.
BUSCH (Germany) vacuum pump, OMRON PLC, touchscreen and servo motor,
SCHNEIDER relay and air switch. Upper packing materials: heat-sealable films,
lower packing materials: thermo-formable, heat seal film, rigid and flexible film
is possible. Total power: 380V, 13KW, air: 1m³/6bar, vacuum: 0.8-1.0m³/6bar,
water: 4 liter/min. Max. upper film width: 390mm (practical width 350mm),
length per mould: 200mm, max. drawing depth: 80mm (thermoforming depth
depends on thickness of lower film). Loading area: standard 1m (optional:
additional length), packaging capacity: 6 cycles/min. Machine dimensions:
L4560xW1020xH1950mm, 1500kg.
