Pulizia finale obbligatoria, escluso angolo cottura a cura del cliente:
€ 50,00 per i bilocali, € 55,00 per i trilocali.
BILO 2/4: camera matrimoniale oppure a 2 letti, bagno, soggiorno
con divano letto matrimoniale.
BILO 3/5: camera a 3 letti oppure matrimoniale + letto, bagno, soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale.
TRILO 4/6: 2 camere matrimoniali oppure a 2 letti, 2 bagni, soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale.
Tutte le unità abitative dispongono di aria condizionata (in soggiorno
e camera da letto), lavastoviglie, frigorifero, TV Sat LCD 26”, phon,
telefono diretto e balcone.
The week 08.08 - 15.08 must be booked together with the preceding or
following week.
Compulsory end-of-stay cleaning, must be paid for, except for the kitchen
area which must be cleaned by the guest: € 50,00 for two-room apartments
and € 55,00 for three-room apartments.
TWO-ROOMS 2/4: double or twin-bed room, bathroom, lounge with
double bed-settee.
TWO-ROOMS 3/5: bedroom with three beds, bathroom, lounge with
double bed-settee.
THREE-ROOMS 4/6: 2 double or twin-bed rooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge
with double bed-settee.
All the apartments have air-conditioning (in the lounge and bedroom),
dishwasher, fridge, SAT-TV with LCD screen 26”, hair-drier, direct-dial
telephone and balcony.
Die Woche 08.08. bis 15.08. wird nur zusammen mit der vorangegangen oder der anschließenden Woche vermietet.
Die Gebühren für die Endreinigung sind obligatorisch, (außer der Reinigung
der Kochecke, die vom Gast selbst erledigt werden muß) und betragen E 50,00
für die Zweizimmerwohnung und E 55,00 für die Dreizimmerwohnung.
Zweizimmerwohnung 2/4: Ehebett- oder Doppelbettzimmer, Bad,
Wohnraum mit Doppelbettcouch.
Zweizimmerwohung 3/5: Dreibett- oder Ehebettzimmer mit Zusatzbett, Bad, Wohnraum mit Doppelbettcouch.
Dreibettzimmerwohnung 4/6: 2 Ehebett- oder Doppelbettzimmer, 2 Bäder, Aufenthaltsraum mit Doppelbettcouch.
Alle Wohnungen verfügen über Klimaanlage (im Wohnraum und
im Schlafzimmer) Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, TV-Lcd 26”, Föhn,
Direkttelefon und Balkon.

Pagamento: 30% alla conferma della prenotazione, saldo il giorno
di arrivo.
Cauzione: all’arrivo dovrà essere versata una cauzione di € 150,00
che verrà restituita a fine soggiorno, previo controllo dell’inventario
e della pulizia dell’angolo cottura.
Arrivi: sabato dalle ore 17.00.
Partenze: sabato dalle ore 8.00 alle ore 10.00, dopo il controllo del
nostro personale dello stato dell’unità abitativa.

The number of persons staying in the apartment must not exceed the
number stated in the price list as per apartment type, extra persons
cannot be accepted for any reason whatsoever.
Payment: 30% on booking, difference to be paid on arrival.
Deposit: a caution of € 150,00 must be paid upon arrival, this will be
returned at the end of the stay after the Direction has controlled that
nothing is missing or damaged in the apartment, and that the kitchen
corner has been thoroughly cleaned.
Arrivals: Saturday from 5 p.m. onwards.
Departures: Saturday from 8-10 a.m., after our personnel has checked
the apartment.

Die reservierte Personenzahl darf, die für den Typ der Wohnung
vorgesehene Anzahl, nicht überschreiten, weitere Personen werden auf keinen Fall akzeptiert.
Zahlung: 30% bei der Reservierung, Rest bei der Ankunft.
Kaution: Bei der Ankunft wird um eine Kaution von E 150,00 gebeten, diese wird am Ende des Aufenthaltes zurückerstattet, nach
einer Kontrolle des Inventar’s der Wohnung und der Sauberkeit der
Kochecke.
Ankunft: Samstag 17 Uhr.
Abreise: Samstag von 8 Uhr bis 10 Uhr nach einer Kontrolle der
Wohnung durch unser Personal.
