Flourishing Economy in Romantic Countryside
The administrative district Ansbach is a dynamically growing economic
area in the western part of the region of Nuremberg, with 58
communities, 2 technical colleges and over 4,500 business
enterprises.
The great increase in the number of inhabitants along with the
simultaneous below average unemployment demonstrate clearly that
in Bavaria's largest administrative district a flourishing economy and
attractive surroundings must not contradict one another.
Commercial properties for every requirement
The economic structure in the region is characterized by middle-sized industrial and commercial businesses
as well as service enterprises and is complemented by a wide variety of housing accommodations,
educational institutions and leisure time facilities.

Excellent traffic connections
The economic region Ansbach is accessible via its very good traffic connections. The east/west connection
formed by the freeways A6 and A7, Europe's most important north/south axis, cross in the district of Ansbach
and serve as the infrastructural turning point and as center of economic activities.
Connections to the industrial centers of southern Germany are thus also excellent:
Nuremberg-Fuerth-Erlangen can be reached in half an hour, Stuttgart-Heilbronn in approx. one hour,
Mannheim in an hour and a half and Frankfurt in two hours.
The international airport Nuremberg is accessible in about 40 minutes, the airports in Frankfurt and Munich in
about 90 minutes each.
