weitere kleinere Umbauten, wie... Sanierung des
Umbau am „Eisernen Vorhang“
Theaterkaffee, Sanierung des Werkstattgebäudes,
Teilsanierung des Verwaltungsgebäudes, Sanierung
geschädigter Deckenbereiche, Einhausung einer Montagehalle für den erweiterten Kulissenbau etc.
Auf Grund des Brandschutzes musste die
historische Konstruktion des Wickelbodens zur
Lastaufnahme des „Eisernen Vorhanges mit
erhöhter Belastung nachgewiesen werden.
Konstruktion:
Erneuerung und Sanierung des historischen Kulissenhauses
Die Dacheindeckung des Kulissenhauses wurde erneuert. Zur Verbesserung der Arbeitsbedingungen
musste die Dachkonstruktion um ca. 1,30 m angehoben werden. Durch die vergrößerte Belastung (EG +
Wind) erfolgte die Neudimensionierung der gesamten
Dachkonstruktion nach historischem Vorbild.

Sanierung des historischen Bühnenraumes
Zur
Verbesserung
der
Sichtverhältnisse wurde die
gesamte Bestuhlung entfernt, die Unterkonstruktion
für die gemäß DIN 1055
erforderlichen Lastansätze
(p = 5,00 kN/m²) und die
neue Neigung komplett
überarbeitet, einschließlich
statischer Nachweise für
die neuen Geländer und
Brüstungskonstruktionen

further minor remodelling measures, like … renovation
of the theatre café, renovation of the workshop building, partial renovation of the administration building,
renovation of damaged ceiling areas, enclosure of an
assembly hall for further scenery construction, etc.
Modification of the “Iron Curtain”
For reasons of fire protection, the historic proptransporting devices construct had to be verified
as sufficient for bearing the pressure of the “Iron
Curtain” with its increased load.

Renovation and restructuring of the historic scenery house
The roof covering of the scenery house was renovated. In order to improve the working conditions, the
roof construction had to be raised approx. 1.3 m. Because of the increased loads (dead load + wind), the
entire roof construction was redesigned and reconstructed. The new structure retained however the
same historic style.

viewing conditions, the entire
seating was removed, the
substructure that had to
support the design loads
necessary according to DIN
1055 (live loads = 5.00
kN/m²) and the new slope
were completely reworked,
including static verifications
for the new balustrade
constructs.
