Patrick Hunziker is one of the founding partners of RVMH Avocats. Since his
admission to the Geneva Bar in 1999, he has specialized in international
mutual legal assistance in criminal, administrative and tax matters as well
as in white collar crime and civil proceedings. During his practice, he has
created close ties with law firms in Switzerland and abroad specialised in
these fields and has gained a strong credibility with Swiss Cantonal and
Federal authorities.
Before founding RVMH Avocats, Patrick Hunziker was a partner with the
law firm de Preux + associés (2006-2011). From 1999 to 2006, he was the
associate of Bruno de Preux, former President of the Geneva Bar Association, and now of Counsel to RVMH Avocats. He trained as a lawyer at the
law firm Borel & Barbey in Geneva.
Patrick Hunziker is a member of the Geneva Bar Association, the Swiss Bar
Association and the Geneva Business Law Association.
Born in 1972, Patrick Hunziker holds a Degree of Science in Business Administration, (1994, University of Geneva, Faculty of Economics and Social
Sciences) as well as a Degree of Laws (1996, University of Geneva, Faculty
of Law).
