The pre-registration period has terminated on 2008, December 1 . All products supplied by WE are designated as articles in accordance with REACH requirements and are therefore not subject to registration.
Solely substances and mixtures, whereof details prescribed in accordance with REACH (EU-MSDS) are
available to sub- suppliers / distributors, are being used for production.
Moreover, WE assures to monitor and match updates of REACH requirements, especially supplements to
the Candidate List of Substances of Very High Concern for Authorisation, REACH-Annex XIV and the entry of substances in REACH annexes with the information about substances (see above).
The current Candidate List is available for consultation via the ECHA’s website:

WE will inform their customers unsolicited once information is given that listed substances are contained
in supplied products above the concentration of 0,1 % specified per REACH.
WE wants to point out that there is no legal obligation established for providing confirmation as far as no
listed substances are included in the products supplied.

REACH – Registrierung und Informationspflichten in der Lieferkette (Artikel 33 / SVHC)
Seit dem 01.12.2008 ist die Vorregistrierungsfrist beendet. Alle von WE (Würth Elektronik) gelieferten
Produkte sind gemäß REACH- Verordnung als Erzeugnisse eingestuft und somit nicht registrierungspflichtig.
Für die Herstellung werden ausschließlich Stoffe und Gemische eingesetzt, für die laut REACH vorgeschriebene Informationen (EU-MSDS) der Zulieferer / Inverkehrbringer vorliegen.
Des Weiteren sichert WE zu, die Aktualisierungen der REACH-Anforderungen, insbesondere die Erweiterungen der Kandidatenliste sowie die Aufnahme von Stoffen in REACH-Anhänge (Candidate List of Substances of Very High Concern for Authorisation, REACH-Annex XIV), zu verfolgen und mit den Stoffinformationen (s. o.) abzugleichen.
Die jeweils aktuelle Kandidatenliste kann auf der Internetseite der ECHA
(http://echa.europa.eu/chem_data/candidate_list_table_en.asp) eingesehen werden.
WE wird seine Kunden unaufgefordert informieren, sobald Informationen vorliegen, dass gelistete Stoffe
oberhalb der laut REACH festgelegten Konzentration von 0.1 % in den gelieferten Erzeugnissen enthalten sind.
WE weist darauf hin, dass keine gesetzliche Verpflichtung besteht, Bestätigungen abzugeben, solange
keine gelisteten Stoffe in den gelieferten Erzeugnissen enthalten sind.
Diese Aussagen stützen sich auf den heutigen Stand unserer Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen. Für Faktoren,
die außerhalb unserer Kenntnis und Kontrolle liegen, kann keine Gewährleistung und Haftung übernommen werden.
