10. Assistance and supervision services
provided:
10.1. Reception of customers at the airport by the
local provider guide, who will be waiting at a
point where they can be easily seen, identified
by a sign showing the provider logo.
10.2. Provision of information by the local provider
guide
at the start of the programme,
including organizational details of the trip,
recommendations regarding the journey and
details of the suggested optional activities.
10.3. Constant attendance at each of the places
visited and provision of local information
regarding these and the time available for
taking advantage of the recommended
optionals.
10.4. Supervision of the vehicles employed and the
condition of the rooms assigned in each hotel,
before the customers arrive.
11. Transport:
The vehicles used for transfers under this
programme are air-conditioned and have
accommodation for luggage. The seating is
comfortable and is equipped with audio and radio
communications.

The Tour Operator shall submit or amend the
reservation in writing, by fax or E-mail, specifying:
guide language, accommodation required according to
the rooming list, flight number and time, name of tour
leader and other information to facilitate effective
service.

Cancellation:
In case that cancellations lead to a change in range of pax the
new range of pax will apply for invoicing.

19. Programme description :
1st Day Tuesday: Havana
Check in at the hotel in Havana. Accommodation and
dinner at the Hotel.
3rd Day Wednesday: Havana (60kms)
Breakfast. Drive to The Morro Castle look out point.
Walking City tour in Old Havana. Visit museum of Rum
and Hotel Ambos Mundos. Visits to Arms Square,
Museum of the city, The Cathedral Square and Palacio
de Artesanía. Visit La Bodeguita del Medio. Lunch in
local restaurant in Old Havana. Afterward Modern
Havana sightseeing passing by Revolution Square and
University of Havana. Return to the hotel.
Accommodation and dinner at the Hotel.
2nd Day Thursday: Havana – Viñales – Havana
Breakfast. Departure to Pinar del Rio. Visit El Paraiso
farm. On the way to Viñales visit Cueva del Indio with
boat trip throughout subterranean lake. Lunch in a local
restaurant. Visits the Prehistorical Mural and then
picture time at Los Jazmines Hotel look out point.
Accommodation and dinner at the Hotel in Havana.
4th Day Friday: Havana - Cienfuegos- Trinidad
Breakfast. Departure to Cienfuegos with short stop at
Fiesta Campesina. Lunch in a local Restaurant in
Cienfuegos. Panoramic city tour with Casa de Bienes,
Palacio del Valle, Conception Cathedral, Terry Theater.
Continuous to follow the journey to Trinidad with
accommodation in All inclusive Hotel.
8th Day Tuesday: Santiago de Cuba
Breakfast. City tour of Santiago city : Visit cemetery
Santa Efigenia, Antonio Maceo Revolution Square,
Museum 26 of July, Cespedes Square, Calle Heredia,
Calle Padre Pico and Plaza Dolores. Afterwards drive to
Morro Castle. Lunch in the area. Free time in the
afternoon to walk thought the city. Accommodation and
dinner at the hotel.
9th Day Wednesday: Santiago de Cuba – Baracoa
Breakfast. Drive to Baracoa. On the way stop in
Guantanamo. Visit La Tumba Francesa and Casa del
Changüi. Lunch in a local restaurant. Continue to
Baracoa. Accommodation and dinner at the hotel in
Baracoa.
10th Day Thursday: Baracoa
Breakfast. Drive to Finca Duaba. Lunch in a local
restaurant and continue to Maguana beach. Return to
Baracoa. Accommodation and dinner at the hotel.
11th Day Friday: Baracoa – Havana
Breakfast. Check out and strolling through the streets of
Baracoa. Visit the church “Nuestra Señora de
Concepcion” and museum of city at the fort “Fuerte
Matachin”. Lunchbox from the restaurant La Punta and
transfer to the airport Baracoa to take the domestic
flight to Havana. After arrival end of itinerary.
5th Day Saturday: Trinidad
Breakfast. Departure to Trinidad. Walking City Tour of
Trinidad. Visit Romantic Museum, Plaza Mayor, church
“Parroquial Mayor de la Santisima” and La
Canchanchara bar with welcome cocktail. Lunch at local
restaurant. Return to hotel accommodation in All
inclusive Hotel.
6th Day Sunday: Trinidad – Camaguey
Breakfast. Departure to Camagüey with stop at the
sugar mill valley. Visit of Manaca Iznaga tower. Continue
to Camacuey and lunch in the area. After lunch walking
tour through the center with visit of the church “Nuestra
Señora de la Merced”, the “Ignacio Agramonte” house
and Plaza del Carmen. Accommodation and dinner at
the hotel.
7th Day Monday: Camaguey – Santiago de Cuba
Breakfast. Departure to Bayamo. City tour of Bayamo,
historical place where the notes of our Nacional Anthem
were listened for first time. Lunch at a local restaurant.
Continue the journey to Santiago de Cuba, on the way
visit Basilica del Cobre. Accommodation and dinner at
the hotel in Santiago de Cuba.

Allgemeine Bedingungen für Gruppenreservierungen 2012-13
Reservierungsbedingungen:
Damit eine Gruppe bestätigt werden kann, werden spätestens 90 Tage vor Abreise 15% des Reisepreises
pro Person hinterlegt. Dieser Betrag ist nicht erstattungsfähig. Ausgangspunkt ist die Teilnehmerliste und
die unterzeichnete Buchung. 30 Tage vor Abreise sind 50% des Reisepreises pro Person fällig, die
Restzahlung spätestens am 15. Tag vor Abreise. Aufbuchungen nach Einreichung der Namensliste gelten
als neue Anfrage. Bei Stornierungen, die eine Veränderung der Staffelung mit sich bringt, wird zur
Stornogebühr die neue Staffelung angewendet.
Ferner gelten folgende Storno- und Änderungsbedingungen:
30. – 16. Tag vor Abreise
50% des Gesamtpreises pro Person
15. - 3. Tag vor Abreise
75% des Gesamtpreises pro Person
2. Tag bis Abreisetag (no show)
100% des Gesamtpreises pro Person
General conditions for group reservations 2012-13
General conditions:
To guarantee a group, the ttoo deposits a non refundable prepayment of 15% of the total price latest 90
days before departure of the group. As reference will be taken the rooming list sent by the ttoo, 30 days
prior to departure, the ttoo deposits 50% of the total price. Final payment must be made 15 days before
departure. Any additional booking made by ttoo after sending rooming list is considered as a new request.
In case that cancellations lead to a change in range of pax the new range of pax will be applicated for
invoicing.
Any other cancellation or room change is submitted to the following penalties:
30 – 16 days before departure
15 - 3 days before departure
50% of price per pax
75% of price per pax
2 days - NO show
100% of price per pax
Política de resevas de grupos 2012-13
Condiciones generales de reserva:
Para garantizar una reserva, el ttoo depositará un prepago no reembolsable de 15% del importe por pax a
más tardar 90 días antes de la salida del grupo. Como punto de referencia será tomado el rooming actual
enviado por el ttoo. 30 días antes de la salida del grupo, el ttoo depositará un pago de 50% del importe por
pax. El pago final se debe efectuar 15 días antes de la salida. Cualquier adición será considerada como
nueva solicitud de grupo. Si una cancelación conlleva un cambio de rango de pax, se facturará el nuevo
rango de pax acordado.
Cualquier otro tipo de cancelación y cambio de nro habitaciones será sujeta a las siguientes penalizaciones:
