NOVICE GERMAN OVERVIEW
COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Emphasis in this course is on the acquisition of the four language skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Students develop a
base vocabulary and learn simple grammatical constructions needed for essential communication. They are also introduced to
important aspects of the history and culture of the German-speaking countries.
