The ‘Valleselle’ Estate of Casa
Vitivinicola Tinazzi is an ideal
place dedicated to hospitality, wine
knowledge, and to the cultivation
of vines and olive trees, an ideal
location for a Cooking Class and to
experience the local Territory.
The Estate is surrounded by Vine and Olive fields owned by the
Tinazzi Family: it was bought by Eugenio and Gian Andrea in
1986 from the monastic community of Camaldoli of ‘Rocca del
Garda’. The twelve hectares that surround the building are situated
on the hills of Bardolino, facing Lake Garda. Following the complete
restoration of the Country House, the re-arrangement of the
vineyards began, consisting of a training system “pergola Veronese“
and Guyot system.
The Country House is located in the middle of the Estate, surrounded
by vineyards and olive trees. The building offers different areas that
are separate but interconnect: consisting of living room, open space for
cooking classes, open loft, portico terrace and garden.
It’s the perfect place to discover the territory and the cultivated
varieties, to sample the wines of Casa Vitivinicola Tinazzi’s
production, to attend Cooking Classes, to experience the essential
and rural beauty of the estate. The Country House has perfect
connection of all area’s that also offer diverse uses from private
celebrations, meetings, corporate events, smaller intimate events,
concerts, live performances, and photo shoots.

È immersa nei vigneti e nell’uliveto
di proprietà della famiglia Tinazzi: fu
acquistata da Eugenio e Gian Andrea nel
1986 dalla comunità dei Frati Camaldolesi
della Rocca del Garda. Dopo il completo
restauro del rustico, si è iniziato
l’impegnativo riassetto della campagna,
ora con vigneto coltivato interamente a
Guyot.
Proprio al centro della tenuta, tra le vigne
e gli ulivi, si trova la Casa di Campagna,
distribuita in diversi ambienti separati
ma comunicanti: la sala da pranzo, un
open space dedicato ai corsi di cucina, il
soppalco, il portico e il giardino.
È lo spazio ideale per esplorare il
territorio e le varietà coltivate, per
degustare i vini della produzione
Tinazzi, per organizzare corsi di
cucina, ma la bellezza essenziale
ed agreste del luogo e la perfetta
suddivisione degli spazi suggeriscono
anche altri usi come piccole cerimonie,
incontri e meeting aziendali, eventi
privati, concerti musicali, servizi
fotografici.
Das Weingut Valleselle von der Casa Vitivinicola
Tinazzi ist ein wunderschöner Ort, der sich der
Gastfreundschaft, dem Wissen über Wein und
der Kultivierung von Wein und Olivenbäumen
verschrieben hat und damit eine ideale Location
bietet um Kochschulen auszurichten und somit die
typischen Köstlichkeiten der Region zu entdecken.
Das Anwesen ist von Weinbergen und
Olivenhainen umgeben, die sich im Besitz der
Tinazzi Familie befinden. 1986 wurde es von Gian
Andrea und Eugenio gegründet, indem Sie das
Gebiet von der Mönchsgesellschaft Camaldoldi of
Rocco Garda abkauften.
Die 12 Hektar, die das Anwesen umschließen,
liegen auf den Hügeln des Bardolino Gebietes, mit
Blick auf den Gardasee. Nach einer kompletten
Restaurierung des Hauses wurde mit der
Kultivierung von Weinreben auf Basis des Guyot
Systems begonnen.
Das Landhaus bietet verschiedene Räume, die
getrennt sind aber dennoch zueinander gehören:
es besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer, einem offenen
Raum für die Kochschulen, einem offenen Loft
einer Terrasse und einem Garten.
Es ist der perfekte Platz um die Gegend und
die verschiedenen Rebsorten zu erforschen.
Man kann das Sortiment der Tinazzi
Weine probieren und an der Kochschule
teilnehmen. Hauptsächlich aber kann man
die Schönheit des Anwesens genießen. Vom
Landhaus aus haben Sie gen besten Zugang
zu den verschiedenen Bereichen, die zusätzlich
Raum bieten für private Feiern, Meetings,
Firmenevents, kleineren Veranstaltungen,
Konzerten und Foto-Shootings.
