Viele Dinge sind schließlich noch aufzuarbeiten. Und vor Jahresende sollen natürlich auch alle Transaktionen abgeschlossen sein. Mal ganz abgesehen von den diversen Weihnachtsfeiern im beruflichen und privaten Umfeld. Da sollte man meinen, dass sich die allgemeine Hektik auch auf die Stimmung auswirkt. Aber nicht so in der Immobilienbranche: Aus der Befragung zum Deutsche-Hypo-Index, die kurz vor Weihnachten stattfand, ergab sich ein Immobilienklima von 125,2 Zählerpunkten, ein sattes Plus von 5,4% gegenüber dem Vormonat. Das Stimmungshoch zum Jahresende lässt sich insbesondere auf die nach wie vor günstigen Rahmenbedingungen zurückführen. Sowohl die Finanzmärkte als auch die Realwirtschaft senden aus Sicht der Immobilienbranche äußerst positive Signale. Nicht ohne Grund streben wir hierzulande auf ein Transaktionsvolumen von 40 Mrd. Euro zu. Allein dieser Wert zeigt, welch großes Interesse Investoren weiterhin an Objekten in Deutschland haben. Und wie geht es 2015 weiter? Auch wenn die geopolitischen Krisen nicht abnehmen und aktuell durch die Geschehnisse in Griechenland ein neues Fragezeichen entstanden ist, deutet derzeit alles darauf hin, dass der deutsche Immobilienmarkt seine positive Entwicklung fortsetzt. Die Nachfrage nach Immobilien wird – auch mangels Anlagealternativen – hoch bleiben. Doch Obacht: Wir befinden uns nun schon seit einiger Zeit weit oben im Zyklus. Erfahrungsgemäß ist die Gefahr von Preisübertreibungen jetzt am größten. Dessen sollten sich alle Marktteilnehmer bewusst sein. Übermut wäre also fehl am Platz. In addition to Pfandbriefe, we also issue unsecured bearer and registered bonds. In the current year 2014, we have tapped a benchmark mortgage Pfandbrief, issued in 2013, with an additional amount of € 250 million and have issued a Mortage Pfandbrief in benchmark format in the amount of € 500 million. For 2013 as a whole we are expecting a funding volume of € 2.5 billion. We have longstanding relationships with a large number of German and international investors and therefore have a broad investor base.
