Accommodation
The participants and the other team members will lodge
in double rooms in various hotels in Dortmund.
Departure
29. June/30. June 2014 (after breakfast on 30. June at the latest)
Costs
The organiser, the DRB Service GmbH, offers
a) meals from Friday 27. June 2014 (starting with dinner) to Monday, 30. June 2014 (including
breakfast)
b) accommodation from 27. June to 30. June 2014 in double rooms
for 50 Euro per person and day.
All costs have to be paid upon arrival.
Additional costs
For all days prior to and after the tournament: 100 Euro per person per day for meals and
accommodation. All additional costs have to be paid upon arrival.
Travel expenses
All delegations must make transport arrangements from their country to Düsseldorf or Dortmund
Airport or to Dortmund Main Station at their own account. The same applies for their return home.
Transport from/to the airport or main station from/to the hotel will be provided by the organiser.
Entries
a) Preliminary entries: Not later than 27. April 2014 (form enclosed)
b) Nominative entries: Not later than 27. May 2014 (form enclosed)
c) Late entries: All entries we receive after 27. May 2014 will be confirmed only upon payment of
100 Euro per participant per day.
Medical service
Medical service during the event is provided by the organiser. The examinations before departure to
Germany required by State Agreements with several countries must be assured by the participating
countries themselves.
Competition method
The competitions are held as weight category tournament according to the FILA rules on
FOELDEAK mats.

Awards
The first four wrestlers in each weight category
will be awarded certificates and special prizes.
Miscellaneous
The participating nations are requested to bring with them their
anthem as well as their flag.
